I'm Going To Eternals Despite The Early Hate Critics Show
The more things change, the more they stay the same. Even Marvel's movies aren't immune from the grief of public scrutiny over issues like sexuality and politics. I remember thinking the same thing when Marvel released Black Panther. Then it was a matter of race that drove the hysterical fear, a fear that was later proven false after the images were proven to be faked. Now, Marvel's Eternals appears to be the next movie on the "haters" hit list.

"Last Night in Soho" REVIEW
Edgar Wright is geek royalty at this point, and it's not hard to see why. You could point to the Cornetto Trilogy, where Edgar Wright collaborated with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost to create three wildly different, wildly fun genre flicks. Shaun of the Dead brought an unexpected mix of heart and humor to the zombie genre. Hot Fuzz managed to recreate the magic trick in the format of a police procedural. And they topped it off with The World's End, which remains an absolute joy to this day.

Movie Review: Tom Hanks Trains a Robot to Take Care of a Dog in Finch
Finch is an overly familiar and rather limp attempt at futuristic, environmental dystopia. The film stars Tom Hanks as the title character, Finch, one of the last living humans on Earth, apparently. We don’t see many other people, others we briefly see are in the midst of being murdered. Finch manages his life by applying his engineering genius to create an enclave to hide in and a means to search for needed resources, or what’s left of those resources.

Top 5 Terrific Uses of Visual Storytelling in the Horror Movie 'Antlers'
Everyday of your life you are processing information whether you realize it or not. Whether it is something as simple as recognizing a hot surface through the context clues of heat rising from the surface or touching that surface and feeling the heat. That’s often something you can do without giving it much thought. This applies to processing visual information such as recognizing a vehicle stopped in the road and needing to stop your car to avoid an accident. These are complex in terms of the macro scale of everything that has built to this immediate situation but it is also mundane in how often you’ve done this and how you don’t linger in thoughts about doing these things.

The US-based Manhattan-based institute, INS Division 6 is licensed to monitor and supervise overseas operations.

Dune was everything I wanted it to be. It has also made me feel sad.
I’ve viewed Dune twice now, the second occasion in IMAX. It was an amazing experience. I got the perfect seat as well. Row H, seat 15 – right dead centre of the theatre. I was at perfect eye level to catch every mesmerizing shot as Hans Zimmer’s booming score reverberated around the theatre and vibrated through the floor.

Chhichhore
Lead role portrayed by Annirudh (Sushant Singh Rajput) and his girlfriend/wife Maya (Shraddha Kapoor), and supporting roles portrayed by; Sexa (Varun Sharma), Acid (Naveen Polishetty), Derek Tahir, and Raj Bhasin, emphasized the lack of respect in the film titled. Each of them gets at least a few scenes from the barn to showcase their talents, and each is impressive. Varun Sharma finds the best punchlines in Chhichhore and brings them with his style of film throughout the film.

Movie Review: 'Last Night in Soho' is One of the Best of 2021
Last Night in Soho stars Thomasin McKenzie as Eloise, a bright and cheerful young woman who has just been accepted into university to study fashion design. With her love of all things 60s, Eloise has many bright ideas about bringing 60s fashion forward to today. Trouble is brewing behind her eyes however as we learn of what happened to Eloise’s mother, whom Eloise occasionally still sees in the mirror. I won’t say what happened to mom, you should see for yourself.

Why Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is a particularly important movie.. Top Story - November 2021.
It is the fervent opinion of this writer that 2019 saw one of (if not) the most important cinematic event in recent history. Avengers: Endgame was the culmination of a solid decade’s worth of storytelling and world-building that has never been seen before in the history of motion pictures. Its defining moments being an epic battle that was filled with the characters that cinemagoers like myself had spent almost eleven years building an emotional attachment to. It was a journey that we had all been on since the humble beginnings of the 2008 film the incredible Hulk and slowly became not so much a series of films but an institution in its own right. So, it is perfectly understandable that the millions of fans across the world would be left in somewhat of a vacuum after Endgame closed the lid on an era of Marvel history that we all know as the Infinity Saga. And in this post-stark, post-infinity stones, post-Avengers world, we all stand hand in hand looking to the vast unknown that is Marvel's phase four.

A Filmmaker's Guide: "The Seventh Seal" (1957)
In this chapter of ‘the filmmaker’s guide’ we’re actually going to be learning about literature and film together. I understand that many of you are sitting in university during difficult times and finding it increasingly hard to study and I understand that many of you who are not at university or not planning on it are possibly stuck of what to do, need a break or even need to catch up on learning film before you get to the next level. This guide will be brief but will also contain: new vocabulary, concepts and theories, films to watch and we will be exploring something taboo until now in the ‘filmmaker’s guide’ - academia (abyss opens). Each article will explore a different concept of film, philosophy, literature or bibliography/filmography etc. in order to give you something new to learn each time we see each other. You can use some of the words amongst family and friends to sound clever or you can get back to me (email in bio) and tell me how you’re doing. So, strap in and prepare for the filmmaker’s guide to film studies because it is going to be one wild ride.
