My Accidental Disney Tattoo
I remember being thirteen years old, sat in Mathematics and drawing up all the tattoos I planned to get done as soon as I was old enough. Most people can't wait to turn eighteen so they can go out clubbing or drinking but all I wanted was to get covered in artwork. I had plans for sleeves and themed pieces, all planned down to the finest of details.

Rage against the canvas
Rage against the canvas By author Kathy Reed Date 8/22/2020 The state of my artist mind I have a block, an artist block so be it intentional or un, I think that this block is the road to my end. If the beginning of time was a million minutes before it created, I wonder if even the greatest powers would say it like that. I am an unintentional artist. The waves of electricity are roaring through to get you to scopeout what is holding you back. You hold on to fame and you want the money so you ponder a life of what that looks like, then you ponder a life of what life looks like now, and you block out what is right in front of you. This is your canvas talking and your need to pull me closer to you, so that you can touch it with your thoughts.

RedBubble
So I got a redbubble my first year of college and I didn't really post much. I was just going to use it to make extra money on the side honestly. Though I found it hard to make a sale for anything I posted on there. I just recently had people like a product but just they like something that doesn't mean they will buy it.

Fox Catcher
Hi! Gabby here. I use the free software krita on my computer to draw. I used to draw on paper but got a kamvas 13 pro tablet last Christmas and have used that ever since. I really enjoy it and my drawings have improved so much! I used to struggle a lot with colors. I could draw but the colors just ruined it. Now I can shade and color without worrying about ruining the picture. I have learned so much from my tablet. A while ago my computer broke so i was unable to draw on my tablet. Similar to writers itch, I needed to draw so I went back to paper and pencil for a while. I found that even my drawings on paper greatly improved because of the experience I have with digital drawing. I am still learning with the software but with what I do know has improved my skills.

Content Creation Is an Art
10 years ago, not everyone could pursue writing or video making. And even if you could, it would not help you earn a living out of it. You needed to have a credible education to back your knowledge and even then not all would be able to pursue it.

British Black Artists. Top Story - June 2020.
If I were not in my twenties and attempting to budget like a proper adult, I would have spent the majority of my money on artwork by now. Instead I have developed a slight addiction to scrolling through Instagram for hours on end, flicking from artist to artist and admiring their work. Additionally, if I see a piece of artwork that I like in a gallery or museum, I’ll purchase it in the form of a postcard or print, as this is the most efficient way of cluttering my walls with artwork without spending lots of money. However, I have not taken much time to notice how whitewashed my Instagram art feed and my wall of postcards have both become. Without even noticing, I have severely disregarded the lack of diversity in the artists that I admire and purchase from.

Just A Painter
Just a Painter Preface I never asked for any of this, I guess a lot of people say that when they are in trouble. I saw this coming, and I still couldn’t stop it. Do I regret meeting her? Maybe. If I hadn't met her she'd be safe, stress-free. We wouldn't be fighting for our lives. Most say that's what you do when you're in love - you fight for it. I told her time and time again, that it was going to happen and I'm not worth it. Lucky for me, she's stubborn...and I love her so much for that.

Coastal Creation
A large man, in a loosely fitting denim coat and black trousers, sat upon a frail wooden chair facing out to sea. Everything he wore had douses of colour flicked upon them, only his weathered sandals seemed to escape the spray of paint. In front of him stood a blank canvas on which he precisely began making small marks with a pencil trapped between the stubby fingers of his calloused hand. The canvas slowly began to portray a depiction of the sea, and its surrounding sand and cliff-faced environment. The chair sank deeper and deeper into the beaches’ sand with every stroke of granite.

If the shoe fits.
IF THE SHOE FITS The shoe has often defined our characters, personalities and created prestige. Through out many generations, it has evolved in both style and fashion. It has transcended many generations, inspiring artist, designers and musicians. The shoe has propped up models and fashion artist to cat-walk on stage...it has defined our civilization. Yet, the shoe was born out of necessity to protect the feet which has one of the most bones in the body (some 26) bones. At the exhibit is the chance to 'learn the art and sole of the shoe, to trace its footprints through history and culture. Part fantasy, part function, this exhibit looks at footwear from every angle, and features shoe design, sculpture, and invention, plus a bonus of shoe-painting designs and workshops .

Post your content online please!
I am like millions of you out there. I've hesitated at posting things for the longest time. There are a multitude of reasons why you shouldn't post your content online. To each their own but your art should be observed by the world. You really shouldn't hold yourself back with pessimistic thoughts or worry about the reasons why you're posting in the first place. Trust me I've been there and here are some of the reasons why I didn't post my stuff.
