General Hospital Update: Fans wonder why Spinelli and Britt have doubts about Nathan
Their actions suggest they don't believe all is as it seems with the returned detective.

Britt and Spinelli have fans asking questions
At least two people in Port Charles don't appear enthusiastic with the return of Nathan West ( Ryan Paevey) has returned from the dead after seven years. General Hospital viewers have noticed that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Damian Spinelli ( Bradford Anderson) seem to have reservations.
Is Britt hiding secrets or is there more to the story. Is Spinelli dealing with the green-eyed monster or is he correct that things don't add up? Viewers want to know how Nathan ended up driving in Port Charles prior to the wreck. Where has he been and where was he headed? Damian may also desire these same answers.
What does Dr. Westbourne know?
Britt has been acting cagy around her brother, since his return and looks frightened anytime he is mentioned. On Friday, she did not want James West (Gary James Fuller) to meet the father he has never known.
When Obrecht and Nina Reeves ( Cynthia Watros) first welcomed Nathan back, Briit tried to walk away and had to be told by her mother to greet her sibling. She keeps hanging back as if she is afraid and does not want to be near him.
On Friday, Britt made excuses and said that James may not be ready for the reunion. She suggested that he should seek therapy first but why? Does she know a reason the boy should be kept away fron Nathan?
Is Professor Dalton involved?
While she was talking to Spinelli, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), James wandered off and found his father's hospital room. The two began getting acquainted and found they had some things in common.
GH fans have suggested reasons why they believe she is behaving this way. Could it be that Nathan and Britt worked together in Croatia, and she does not want him spilling secrets?
Perhaps the former police detective has had a role in the research that Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard is conducting? What does Britt know that keeps her from fully embracing her sibling and wanting to keep James away from his dad?

Does Spinelli have legitimate concerns?
Nathan seems sincere when he says he remembers nothing after being shot seven years ago, so could the car accident have caused amnesia? There is nothing at this point to suggest he has gone to the dark side, but who knows?
Spinelli was troubled to see that James had found his dad's hospital room. He watched reluctantly as the duo caught up and was apprehensive as they were bonding. Spinelli later voiced his opinion to Felicia that something seemed off, but what could it be?
Does Spinelli feels territorial because he has been the only father James has known for the past seven years? Even so, it appears that the yung boy feels closer to another.
Damian would have had a meltdown if he had heard James tell Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) that he wished he were his dad. He may also be wondering if, when Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) awakes from her coma and learns the truth, she might reunite with her husband.
Fans wonder what is really going on?
Nathan's DNA validated who he is but DNA can be manipulated. Is it possible he is a clone? Nathan's return has shifted the focus away from where Britt has been for the past few years but Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zampragnan) have questions.
They wonder if Obrecht's children returning from the dead at the same time is connected. Keep tuning in to General Hospital to learn what happens next with Nathan, Britt, and Spinelli.
Are Spinelli's doubts and Britt's behavior clues that all is not as it seems with Nathan? What will Dante pick up on when he visits his former partner? Maxie will have a lot to deal with when she returns to Port Charles so stay tuned to General Hospital.
