Every Death In The Night Agent Season 2 Explained
An explanation of each death in the night in Agent Season 2

The Night Agent Season 2 Episode 10
Since Peter follows Markus back to Tomás' house in the second season of The Night Agent, it is only fitting that he gets the last kill. At this point, Markus tries to persuade Sloané, Tomás' girlfriend, that they should leave the city aboard a private aircraft. Then Peter and Rose (Luciane Buchanan) show in to save the day because she doesn't believe his story. Peter kills Sloané with a headshot after Markus kidnaps him, and Rose distracts him from behind.
The K.X. threat will end once the two have taken care of the K.X. canister that was placed in the building's vents. The idea that Monroe himself would be in charge of the future President is only one of the many hints left by The Night Agent season 2 for the upcoming series.
The Night Agent Season 2 Episode 10
Referring back to the last entry, Brahim kills one of Markus' troops with a single shot during the assault. During the raid, the party then makes an attempt to sneak out of the building. While one of them is shot by the NYPD after threatening to use a canister, the other is apprehended while passing through a room. As they make their way to the escape, Markus and his surviving goon come upon a hostage. Markus shoots his man after he makes too much noise.
He poses as a guard who just saved the hostage's life when the NYPD discovers him. Markus manages to sneak out of the building with this woman and the last K.X. canister he has in his possession during the confusion.
Episode 10 of Season 2 of The Night Agent
Peter leads a raid on the UN building in the opening scene of the "Buyer's Remorse" season 2 finale of The Night Agent. When the raid starts, Markus and his men are already setting up canisters in the air conditioners and are attempting to escape covertly. The first indication of trouble is when Markus and one of his men ambush two UN security personnel, Brahim and Lucas, while they check the roof.
Markus stabs Lucas in the head with a knife, killing him. Though it is too late to turn the rifle on Markus, who nonchalantly shoots him in the forehead, Brahim at least manages to get off a shot. Markus may be impetuous, but this scenario demonstrates his fast thinking because he quickly poses as a security guard in an attempt to elude detection.
The Night Agent Season 2 Episode 9
One of the main antagonists in the second season of The Night Agent is Solomon. As is customary, the Netflix series continues to provide details about his personal life, particularly his connection with his sister. Additionally, he seems to be the only character that the heartless Monroe can relate to. In any case, he errs by attempting to kidnap Catherine in "Cultural Exchange," episode 9. Catherine manages to shove him away as he aims a revolver at her head; unfortunately for him, Solomon backs straight onto a broken pipe.
With Monroe positioned as the primary enemy of the next Night Agent season 3, the broker will require a new henchman to accompany him, and this marks the abrupt end of one of the show's major new villains. Perhaps Peter himself could cover that gap.
The Night Agent Season 2 Episode 8
When Tomás learns what K.X. gas causes to its victims, his skepticism about his father's scheme transforms into fear. In addition to scorching the skin, the gas burns the lungs with every inhale. To put it succinctly, it's a terrible way to pass away, and Tomás is opposed to its release. Markus, his cousin, later removes Tomás from his command since he already has doubts about his dedication to their cause.
After a heart-to-heart with Tomás in the movie "Divergence," Markus throws a vial of K.X. into the freezer where his cousin is being imprisoned. The stakes for The Night Agent season 2 finale are raised by this ending, which soon has Tomás screaming in pain. Markus intends to carry out Viktor's perverse revenge scheme by releasing the gas inside the UN headquarters.
The Night Agent Episode 7
In the last several episodes of The Night Agent season 2, the threat increases significantly. In order to produce the K.X. gas, Bala's crew—including his reticent son Tomás (Rob Heaps)—needs to acquire a crucial chemical. They are able to enter some chemical companies under false pretenses, but a firefight breaks out when a guard post at one of their stops deciphers their documents.
Markus unsurprisingly fires first, killing two guards in the process. With no other option, Tomás shoots back, killing the second guard. Despite his horror at taking a life, Tomás crosses a line at this point from which he cannot recover. Since he can't bear the idea of really deploying the K.X. on innocent people, this may also influence a crucial decision he makes in the upcoming episode.
Episode 6 of The Night Agent
In "Tilt," a new character in The Night Agent, Jacqueline Laurent is a DGSE agent who sells Solomon intelligence. After Catherine finds Laurent through her investigations, Night Action plans to employ the double agent to trick Solomon. With Laurent endorsing him, Catherine goes undercover as a possible new salesperson. This weak ploy is not only exposed by Solomon, but it is also undone. Solomon shoots Laurent after revealing his scheme to her, and he exploits their operation as an opportunity to apprehend some Night Action agents.
To The Night Agent's credit, "Tilt" gives Laurent more depth prior to her tragic demise. As it happens, she was a good agent who was pushed aside after she reached a certain age. She didn't get the information she needed to get back on top until she hooked up with Monroe and Solomon. She ultimately had to pay for her treachery.
Episode 6 of Season 2 of The Night Agent
"A Good Agent" episode six begins with a flashback to 13 years ago, when a young Catherine and her FBI colleague Noah are on a mission. When the suspect leaves the house where they are stalking out, Catherine and Noah go inside to snoop. The house is occupied by an SVR agent. Two SVR agents were actually staying there, which was unfortunate for Noah. One of them comes up on him from behind and stabs him in the neck.
Catherine overcomes this spy, who nearly manages to strangle her. Another instance of a death haunting a character is Noah's passing, which explains why Catherine finds it difficult to trust Peter. She worries that Peter is just as guilty of betraying his father as his father was in the case that ultimately led to Noah's murder.
Episode 5 of Season 2 of The Night Agent
Farhad, Noor's younger brother, will soon turn eighteen and will be drafted into the Iranian military. When Sami first arrives, he is unaware that his mother and sister have been preparing to leave the nation, and he initially objects to leaving. He only calms down after being almost dragged kicking and screaming along, but he has another change of heart during the drive since he does not want to leave his homeland. Farhad sees his opportunity when Sami murders the two policemen.
With the intention of shooting Sami and claiming that he and his mother were abducted, he catches a fallen pistol from one of the cops and points it at Sami. Farhad is killed in a single shot when he fires and misses, leaving Sami with little option but to shoot back. This has significant ramifications for the remainder of The Night Agent season 2, particularly after Noor finds out.
The Night Agent Season 2 Episode 5
Episode 5 of The Night Agent deviates significantly from the norm with "A Family Matter." Here, Noor (played by Arienne Mandi) coerces Night Action into leaving Iran with her brother Farhad (played by Kiarash Amani) before the latter is drafted. In order to complete the mission, Catherine sends another Night Agent, Sami (Marwan Kenzari), to travel to Iran rather than sending Peter. However, almost everything goes wrong, including the fact that their car is pulled over by two Iranian police officers.
Sami takes extreme measures and kills both officers after realizing there is no way to avoid being imprisoned. This demonstrates not just how deadly Sami is, but also how crucial it is for Night Action to obtain Noor's information. Unfortunately, Farhad is forced to make a crucial choice after witnessing two police officers being shot, in addition to the fact that the intelligence is not particularly compelling.
Episode 3 of Season 2 of The Night Agent
A mobile lab used to produce chemical weapons is taken over as the third episode comes to a close. According to the episode, Monroe obtained Foxglove's information from Warren in Bangkok and subsequently gave it to Viktor Bala, a war criminal. A program known as "Foxglove" weaponized some lethal compounds in order to develop vaccinations against them. Instead, Bala requires a mobile lab to replicate a lethal gas known as K.X.
In "Government Property," the third episode of The Night Agent, Bala's goon Markus (played by Michael Malarkey) and his team take over a vehicle that is transporting a laboratory. Mercenaries pull out the two unfortunate drivers, and although the intention was to tie them up and abandon them, one of Markus' men inadvertently calls out his name in front of them. Markus chastises him for making such a stupid error, then shoots both drivers in the head.
The Night Agent Season 2 Episode 2
After pursuing Warren from Bangkok to New York, Peter eventually catches up to him in the second episode of The Night Agent. In order to gather information about a cancelled chemical weapons project called Foxglove, Peter persuades the former intelligence agent to divulge what he sold to intelligence broker Monroe. A shooter dispatched by Monroe shoots Warren in the head before he can divulge too much.
Warren receives more development than the average sub-villain, which is consistent with The Night Agent's attempts to elicit sympathy from the audience for its antagonists. According to the episode, he sold information to Monroe in order to help Warren and his kid escape the country together after a contentious divorce. Warren didn't live to realize how mistaken he was, but he also thought the Foxglove material would be worthless because the program had been shut down.
The Night Agent Season 2 Episode 1
Peter seeks refuge in a warehouse shortly after Alice's death. Although we don't find out who he is until much later in the season, this provides him the inside scoop on a murderer named Caleb. Peter shoots Caleb in the premiere and runs away, but Solomon tells him his identity in episode 8. According to Solomon, Caleb had a large family and circle of acquaintances. While Peter lamented Alice's passing, Solomon and his crew lamented the anonymous criminal who Peter killed without hesitation.
Because it aims to make every death important, in contrast to certain other action films or television series, this reveal gives the season a hint of gray. However, no matter how much Solomon attempts to blame Peter, it's a little difficult to sympathize with Caleb because he doesn't even get a close-up or a single line of dialogue.
The Night Agent Season 2 Episode 1
The Night Agent murders Brittany Snow's character Alice just ten minutes into the first episode, "Call Tracking," seemingly in reference to films like Psycho. In the first scene, Alice serves as Peter's Night Action instructor, and they are pursuing Warren (Teddy Sears), a suspected leaker. They are soon being pursued by assassins as their cover is revealed. As Peter watches helplessly, Solomon (Berto Colon) shoots Alice down even though they have reached their extraction spot; Solomon even fires a second shot to ensure she remains down.
The stakes for the entire season are raised by the daring decision to murder off such a well-known performer just minutes after introducing her. Alice's passing also casts a shadow throughout the series, so she isn't just forgotten. The task gains a personal aspect because Alice is mourned throughout by both Peter and his supervisor Catherine (Amanda Warren).
