The Broken Path (Cave of trials series)
“Boy! You must not lose your foundation, I swear the little things, are the things you ignore.” Rasti swept the staff under the boys feet making him head face first towards the clay courtyard,”Yes you can easily counter me duppi’s attack but yet my kaga, you are hopeless ”rasti sucked his teeth in the long way that most natives of this land mastered by adulthood. “Why are you still on the ground! Get up”, “Again!”.

Into the Ether (2)
“We can't just… eliminate emotions?” The council members gathered around the jet black boardroom table most certainly did not take to the radical idea as well as Leonard had prayed they would, but the voice in His mirror warned him this would occur. Leonard shuts his eyes, inhales deeply through his nose & exhales from his mouth, three times in total. The council were put off, taken aback, by this. They looked around the room at one another in confusion, trying to anticipate where the presentation organized by the council's lowest ranking member was headed. His eagerness to speak before them was peculiar, his sudden burst of initiative fascinating, & the unprecedented overhaul of his entire personality exciting. Though their words said otherwise, at least 11 of the 12 were indeed enamored by the snake oil salesman in front of them.

Fohlmer and the Magick Pig Poop
Ikhan Trodor, a Wizard of great wisdom and power, farmed a small plot of land at the edge of the village of Archia with his wife Chyna. Ikhan raised chickens and pigs, sheep and goats. The fruits and vegetables Ikhan grew were prized the village over. The villagers all thought the couple to be a bit strange. Ikhan conducted odd rituals and painted strange figures on the corner posts of his property. The honey Chyna's bees produced was said to open the eyes and heal the soul. Most of the other villagers simply ignored the couple, but they were well aware that the boxes of food and necessities that showed up when they were in the greatest need were complements of Ikhan and Chyna. This generosity helped soothe the unease the villagers felt at having such a wise and powerful Wizard in their midst.

Into the Ether (1)
Even though they both knew it, neither wanted to admit it: nothing would ever be the same. A metaphysical door had been opened inside each of their hearts. No matter how much time they spent in one another's embrace, days weeks months, the gnawing realization of their finite time together kept both of them from ever wholly embodying comfort. There was little that could be done except to cherish each & every fleeting moment. In his arms she felt accepted & desired, in hers he felt safe & at home.

The Green Box
We pedal on little wooden bikes, 4 of us in a bulb. We cycle as soon as the siren goes off; which is linked to the switch in the human giant’s kitchen. When the ending siren sounds, we stop and a machine next to us pops out our favourite hot drink, exactly how we like it.

Believing In Santa
The year of 2020 has definitely been a year full of disappointments. Weddings postponed or not quite the day envisioned. Businesses struggling with restrictions placed on them forcing them to close or reduce their workforce. There is one thing that will never change. Santa Claus will still be heading out on Christmas eve to make his deliveries.

Shade of Hope
Intro “I didn’t ask for this. I wasn’t always like this. I am not a monster, I promise.” I thought to myself as I ran through the forest past the village of Caspret, a place that I once called home. Caspret was an old hunting village located just inside the southern borders of Dream. My family fled there to find safety from the dark kingdom of Morthes. My parents… Corrupted by the dark King’s foul magics. Changing them into something dark. “Tieflings'', they called us. Beings created by devils.

The Wolf King
~The wind blew that night as it did any other night. The stars were shining brightly in the violet-colored sky that night as the bright yellow moon was high in the sky. The streets were filled with people laughing and talking as they walked down the streets, truly unaware of the dangers that stalked them. Unaware that during the night a dark predator stalked them all, seeing them as nothing but cattle, livestock to feed on. But the noise of the city was too much, too many witnesses to be seen. Soon enough he would have his prey, his yellow eyes kept on eye on them, soon they would be dinner. ~

A conversation between friends <3
Devil: I am completely spineless. You see, I am not the hero, even as much I want to be, I’m not. And I recognize what is heroic and I just can't do it, no matter how much I want to. Like, it is right there. The awareness is always there and my courage fails me, almost always at least.
