Where Did the Names for the Days of the Week Come From?
Have you ever wondered where the names for our days came from? What meaning the creators of our calendars intended when they created the structure that governed their lives, and those of millions of other people on down the centuries? Maybe not... but if you suddenly find yourself overcome with curiosity, there answer is a fairly simple one.

Befitting a Militia
The babies cooed at each other in a playpen. It was large. The structure supported about 30 young children who looked like multi-colored cherubs. Soon came crying. Tears rolled down faces like water oozing from a spring. A single cry turned into many cries. It grew louder and louder. Their bodies fidgeted and fussed. Adults, mostly women with breasts bare and men with no shirts on their backs, rustled towards the infants. It didn’t matter whose baby one picked up. All of the adults owned all of the babies. No one cared. The women fed the babies. Their baby? No way. They just took up a child and let him or her nestle up to their bosom.

Terminating the Time Travel Veracity of 'The Terminator'
The latest offering from the Terminator franchise is just about to bow October 31st. It was the first Terminator sequel—Terminator 2: Judgement Day that got me interested in looking at the viability of time travel—back in the early 90s. I determined then that the only solution for a viable model for time travel to the past would be in fact, parallel universes. This is prior to my even knowing that there was a scientific construct for such things. I was a shear novice at the time, merely speculating on a problem that I saw needed solving. Now, I'm a temporal mechanic, someone who studies the physical nature of time, as well as the discoverer of the proof parallel universes, as described by the Everett Relative State Interpretation of quantum physics. So I'm going to take this opportunity to deal with the time travel issues that have been inherent in the Terminator franchise, since it eventually became the reason that I started to research time travel science and parallel universes.

Why Does Scorpio Get Halloween?
So, why does Scorpio get Halloween as an actual holiday to celebrate? For this particular time of the year, well, there are a couple of reasons. Halloween is known to be in many cultures as the one day where the the spirits of the dead and other entities, good and bad, can come to Earth from the 5D plane of existence. They come back for one time out of the year and come back the 3D earth plane and experience it again. If you ever saw the film Hocus Pocus, they actually kind of explain this really well. As an example, when the Sanderson sisters come back to life on Halloween, it is because Halloween is pretty much a doorway. Or a portal where the veil between the 5D of spirit and all of the many different realms of this universe and other universes can literally converge in this one day. If you like this post, make sure to tip me to let me know this is appreciated.

Murder by Science
In the centuries that have passed, and with them the ideas and thoughts of generations, there is a forgotten piece of the study of the humanities. The record is showing that the 'forgotten' is not merely a lapse in memory as the definition implies. It is not a lapse, but a death. From the time passed, it was important, albeit imperative, for one's study to include philosophy. The discipline of philosophy broke ground for many other disciplines; even if those disciplines refuse to acknowledge its incubator.

'Star Wars' Is Dead
So let me start by saying that I used to love Star Wars. Space wizards with laser swords!? I had no chance to resist. From the moment I watched ‘A new hope’ with my Granddad I was hocked. I’d wear my dressing gown and jump round my room holding a torch pretending I was fighting the evil empire.
