Respons-ability & Redemption: Saturn Retrograde in Pisces, June-November 2024
Saturn Retrograde in Pisces 2024: An Introduction Saturn has been in Pisces since March 2023, completing its first retrograde phase through the mutable water sign between June 17th (at 7°) and November 4th (at 0°) of last year. Now it's 2024 and Saturn has gone retrograde yet again, this time at 19'26° Pisces on June 29th, meaning that once again, I am over a month late on my article-writing (ugh, hurry up, Kait, before Saturn makes you face the consequences). The ringed-planet, associated with both Father Time and the Grim Reaper, will continue its journey backwards through the sign of the fish until November 14th of this year, when it will station direct at 12'42°.

Jupiter in Gemini: Introduction On May 25th, 2024, Jupiter left the down-to-earth sign of Taurus, the bull and flew into the airy skies of Gemini, sign of the twins, where the great benefic will remain until June 9th, 2025.

Shock To The System: What We Can Expect From April 2024's Jupiter-Uranus Conjunction in Taurus . Content Warning.
The Jupiter-Uranus Cycle Jupiter is known to astrologers as 'the great benefic,' the planet of luck and abundance. As the biggest planet is our solar system, it increases and magnifies everything it touches, expanding outward and reaching beyond, overcoming all boundaries and limitations. It's the planet of philosophy, religion and big-picture thinking, ruling over the signs of both Sagittarius & Pisces and influencing their associations with 'expansive' and 'limitless' topics like travel and spirituality.

Enemies & Friends: Eclipse Season, Spring 2024
Eclipses are always interesting to look at and from an astrological perspective, they are also believed to be very powerful. They are believed to indicate major changes and fatalistic events, at least for those affected by its power. Traditionally, they were mostly used to predict worldly and political affairs, the fate of entire nations, but they can affect individuals, as well.

The Astrology of the 2024 U.S. Democratic Primaries: Who Will Win?
Introduction/Disclaimer Previously, I wrote about my predictions for the Republican primary but to establish a prediction for who will win the general election, we also need to look at the Democratic primary. Many people take Joe Biden to be the sole candidate but he is not the only one running (in fact, he doesn't even appear on the ballot in some states!). Marianne Williamson and Dean Phillips are also running. While realistically, it is true that historically, no candidate within the same party has won a primary against a president running for their second term, the political climate is changing (perhaps partially as a result of astrological transits like Pluto in Aquarius) and given how many people are either unhappy about Biden's performance as president and/or concerned about his old age, it should not be considered an impossibility for another Democrat to gain traction. Although she isn't running, I have included Kamala Harris in this article, as well, because Biden's place in the race will also affect her stars, and as his Vice President, she will take his place if anything should happen to him.

The Astrology of the 2024 U.S. Republican Primaries: Who Will Win?
Introduction/Disclaimer In general, I am no fan of politicians and certainly do not plan to vote for anyone in the Republican primary. This article isn't about my political opinions or who I want to win. After all, I have no stake in this race. My intent is simply to utilize astrology as objectively as possible to make a prediction about the election's outcome. That said, in service of making the most realistic predictions possible, I have decided to be practical about which politicians I will include. The list of candidates is long enough as it is. There is no point of including names we've never heard of or analyzing the charts of those polling below 1%.

The Power Couple: Aries & Capricorn Synastry Compatibility
Introduction As requested, the 10th article in my astrological compatibility series focuses on the relationship between Aries and Capricorn. It is my fourth article about Aries and my third article about Capricorn. I started this series because relationships are one of my favorite topics: why is it that we gravitate so strongly to some personalities and clash so hard with others? Before you read it, however, there are a couple of things, I'd like you to keep in mind:

Wax and Wane: The Cancer Rising Chart
Introduction: What is the Rising Sign? The Ascendant or "Rising Sign" is the sign located on the eastern horizon - the part of the sky where the sun rises each morning - at the exact time of your birth. For example, if you were born at sunrise, your Ascendant or Rising Sign would be the same as your Sun sign, whereas if you were born at sunset, your Ascendant would be placed in the opposite sign to your Sun. For a better explanation of the astronomy behind how this works, see here.

Introduction This is my 9th article in a series about astrological compatibility. It is my 2nd about Libra and my 2nd about Taurus. I started this series because relationships are one of my favorite topics: why is it that we gravitate so strongly to some personalities and clash so hard with others? However, before you read, there are a few things I ask you to keep in mind:

Truth Hurts: What the Stars Say About Lizzo, August 2023
On August 1st, hip-hop singer, Lizzo was reported to have been sued by former employees for sexual harassment, body-shaming and abuse of power, among other charges. As soon as I heard the news, my reaction was to look at her natal chart and what I found made a lot of sense, while also provoking some interesting questions.
