A Local Pub (For Local People)
The regulars didn't use that toilet. Sometimes, a newcomer would come in. Conversations pause. Every eye drilled into the hapless patron, skewered on all sides by those sharp gazes, frozen like a rabbit in headlights. Glancing left and right, wondering if this was a mistake. This place was too local.

What has your life come to when you're tying the hands of the person you love behind his back to stop him from hurting you or another?

Danny and Bernie
Leo, Barney and Kimba kind of hit the road when Bernie's tail went up, but for some Danny wanted to make friends. Danny waited and Bernie slowly made his way over to him. They each studied and sniffed each other. Danny said, "Want to play?" Bernie said, "Want to race I am a pretty good runner." Danny said so was he. "Let's race to that far tree." "Ready, set, Go!" Off they went. They each couldn't believe it for they reached the tree at the same time. They spotted a berry bush that they each knew and headed towards it.
