But Close Sometimes
Introduction
I wanted to write a short love story about the Sun and the Moon and the Carlene Carter said it all in the title but I will share it with you anyway.
Never Together
The Sun always loved the Moon and the Moon always loved the Sun but they seemed destined to never be together.
The Sun's light was always given to the Earth and the same was true for the Moon.
Sometimes the Moon could be seen when the Sun shone on the Earth but they seemed that they could never be close to each other.
Then they found that they could meet and share their love and light between them. The lovers were finally together for a short time and found great happiness.
They knew that they had to part, but they would be together again.
On Earth those times are call the Eclipse.

The Pot Boiling Over
Once, there was a pot of about 340 million drops and droplets. Most of them would like to think they lived together peacefully for decades, but that wasnβt true. Different regions struggled, sometimes fought, with each other. And the mainstreams still often pursued and attacked the minorities. Law enforcers sometimes pushed minority drops out of the pot, never to be seen again.

This is a cute one that is like a fable. If I still taught my old toddler class I would read this to them at naptime. Great work.
