Protect Your Heart With Swiss Chard
I've always wanted to know more about Swiss chard. Every time I'm grocery shopping, I recognize the vivid bright green leaves and colorful stems. I wondered if the stems were edible. I wondered if the cooking process for Swiss chard to be an identical process, like cooking spinach or collard greens.

What I Eat in a Day as a Black Vegan
My vegan journey began twelve years ago, a long time, I know. I remember the days when I had no clue what to eat. You see, being a Black vegan is hard. Not all the time, but sometimes. When I first decided to dabble in the plant-based lifestyle, my family was shocked. They asked me some of the most annoying questions like, "where will you get your protein from?" A Vegan Adventure In Oxford
I had a day off work and I decided to take the train to Oxford. It’s lovely living near such an historic and beautiful city. Oxford is famous for its prosperous universities, gorgeous architecture, wonderful shopping districts and restaurants. It is also a pilgrimage for entertainment. Many famous films had scenes filmed in this wonderful city such as Harry Potter and Saving Private Ryan. It is also once the home many beloved figures like Inspector Morse, T.S Elliot, Emma Watson, Hugh Laurie and many more.

Lately concerns have emerged after my sister died of pancreatic cancer a couple of years ago and a cluster of cysts was found on my pancreas. Some unexplained pains and my increasing age has warned me against sticking to my normal habits, especially in relation to food.

Vegan Campout 2021
Friday Dinner: Burger meal from Hogless Roast. I went to a Vegan Campout in Newark Showpark. People wondered why I was going? They said to me, “Chloe, what you going to the Vegan Campout for? You’re not a vegan.” Given everything that’s been going on during Covid, I wasn’t sure if it would go ahead because I booked the tickets in February. Luckily, it got given the green like gut to go ahead.
