The Bronx Vegan Eats: Pizzaniste
Undoubtedly, the one food I missed most when turning vegan was the glory that is pizza. I tried pizza without cheese from Papa Dominoes and neither really lived up to my high NYC dwelling standards (although I hear Dominoes is offering vegan cheese in the U.K.! U.S. next Dominoes?) but it was enough to make me search more. Using my trusty food ordering app, I took a chance and searched for vegan pizza. To my surprise, I found a spot that was in The Bronx and in delivering distance! Hallelujah!

Black Tap Burger and Crafts
On June 12 at approximately 5:20 PM, I leave my grandmother’s Central Park West apartment and meet John at the corner of 86th and Broadway. Holding hands, we head down into the subway, which is packed with rush-hour commuters, and make our way downtown.

Is That Snot in My Burger?
With the warmer weather soon on its way, the last thing anyone wants to look forward to is coming home after a long day at the office, only to slave in front of a hot stove to prepare dinner. Eventually, pasta and garden salads lose their appeal and the novelty of eating different salads every day wears off very quickly. Especially if you have kids. Then you may just decide to skip the dishes and take the family out for a cheeseburger and french fries. When you are exhausted from the daily grind at the office and the kids are constantly arguing about what to do to keep busy during the summer months, the last thing on your mind when you pull up to the drive-through window is to show proper etiquette. It may not seem significant at the time, but take a minute to collect yourself before you place an order at any drive-though window. Trust me, you will be glad you did. Keep in mind that the people who work for fast food chains are human beings just like you and I. They may not have a fancy job title but they have to make sure their own kids are provided for. They also probably have a ton of bills to pay and on top of everything else, they are also dealing with the ups and downs of life just like everyone else. So when you feel like yelling or cussing at the person hidden from behind the drive-through window because you are having a bad day; refer back to what I mentioned earlier in this post. Take a deep breath and chill. The cheeseburger and french fries will thank you for your kindness and patience. Not to mention, your insides.

9 Reasons You Should Never Eat at Chick-fil-A
Since the first New York location finally opened its doors on Thursday in the Syracuse area, I felt it was only fair to review this establishment. I am warning you all that live nearby before making the drive to this place. And if you live anywhere else where this food is always available, it's never too late...
