Give Us More (And More) Fried and Fatty!
Do you watch the news with dread? Do you check your phone with trepidation for the next thing that Trump has done? Does the 24/7 news cycle make your days feel like "dog years?" Do you spend your off time arguing politics on Facebook with "friends" near and far? Are you in a divided household, where you watch Fox News and your significant other watches CNN? Do you dread Thanksgiving with the "red" part of the family arguing with the "blue" kinfolks?

If an Awkward Dining Experience Is Your Kinda Thing – Here’s the Place for You
A butch Australian man sits at a bar overlooking the golden beach of Hong Kong’s Big Wave Bay. After taking another sip of Tsingtao beer, he explains to a couple of gormless students that the best place to eat Chinese food in the whole region is off the vibrant, bustling Nathan Road in the Tsim Sha Tsui district. He’s been going there for twenty years.

The Most Sensational Tacos Around
When you walk through Torchy's Tacos double doors with pitchfork handles, you're greeted with a variety of things that make this restaurant different. The sound of hard rocks runs through your ears as you either enter the line trailing to the register or the bar side service. The walls are decorated with rustic signs and quotes that match their slogan, "Damn Good." Not only does the energy in this restaurant make it unique, but their menu raises it to a much higher level.

The Earl of Normanton
How many times have I driven past this place without stopping? Several times when passing early in the morning before it is open or later in the day when I am faced with two very clear choices. One choice is to break the journey home, get comfortable and then have to break out of the womb like warmth and security of a decent hostelry to drive home. The second choice is to keep battling along the road for another 20 miles until I reach the womb like warmth and security of my own home.

Peli Peli Kitchen
"Welkom" to Houston's best Southern African-inspired restaurant that serves the best comfort foods. Everything in this restaurant is Instagram-worthy and here's why! When you walk in, you are greeted by young enthusiastic people who look like they're your average coffee shop drinkers. The place has an equal balance of light and vibrant colors, which for some people, like me, is really important. Nothing is more uncomfortable than eating in a dark, dull, and colorless restaurant. The way you order your food feels like Luby's with only a limited menu, but here's the thing: It's OK because their menu is quite tasty. Their prices are a bit high; they're not 50-dollars-a-plate high, but I did pay 18 dollars for just a plate and a side.

Why This Vegan McDonald’s Should Come to the Bronx

Dutch Bros Coffee Grand Opening: Blue Diamond Location in Las Vegas
Did someone say free coffee? After hearing that the new location of Dutch Bros Coffee in Las Vegas was giving away free 16 ounces drinks as a part of their grand opening I decided to head on over. I wouldn't say I had low expectations, but often times when a business is giving away anything for free it can be a bit of a chaotic experience. My experience was anything but. I don't live especially close to any Dutch Bros locations, but I will make a point to visit more often from now on.
