PortOBlend Review: Make Healthy Diet Meals
If you have ever stuck to a healthy diet even for the shortest amount of time you know that how important it is to diversify your menu. It is very important as it helps you to avoid any possibility of turning towards something sweet or guzzling down loads of junk food. And if you have hated, like the rest, the smell and taste of the boiled chicken meat and have been bored from the regular fruits and vegetables, an ideal solution for this scenario is to switch to a healthy and delicious smoothie. Contrary to the popular belief that it is a beverage, it is in fact a cocktail that you can turn into a full-fledged meal. In addition to that, it makes up for a perfect element to survive on your detox days as it ensures that you won't be feeling and any hunger. Ensuring that your body is meeting with all the valuable vitamins and mineral.

Don't Joke With Artichokes!
My eyes and curious taste buds were introduced to artichokes during an episode of MTV's Real World San Diego. Camilla and Frankie were in the hot tub and the cameras caught a scene when Camilla was demonstrating how to properly eat an artichoke.

Fresh summer food. This recipe can be easily prepared for the company, if you have a huge crop of zucchini. A dietary breakfast is the basis of a proper diet. It should be both nutritious and contain a small amount of calories to keep fit or lose weight favorably.

I (Finally) Tried an Air Fryer and I Am Loving It
Until a few years ago, I was never a fan of exercising, workouts, aerobics, Zumba, Pumba, or whatever else you call it. I, being a writer, the most important activity for me was to exercise the “little grey” cells of my brain so that I can churn read-worthy articles day after day. My entire free time had a set agenda: sit, munch, write, and repeat………in that order.

Italian Chicken Soup
Italian Chicken Soup Before I started to learn a lot about cooking (from someone who spent more than a decade in the restaurant business), I bought all my soups in cans. I never even attempted to cook soup from scratch. Now in retrospect, I wish my younger me spent the time to learn how to make more meals at home instead of buying most of my meals out. Meals out are great, sometimes. But, for people concerned with health (excess salt, fat, etc.), the lack of nutrition info can throw off a healthy regiment or diet. First off, when you order something in a restaurant, you really have no clue what’s going into the meal, besides the few main ingredients listed on the menu. And second, the chefs may cook the same meal a little differently every time you go. Sometimes, though, a soup out is thoroughly enjoyable, and delicious, and it’s worth the lapse in diet. I particularly like potato soup at Fridays and squash soup at a local fancy Italian restaurant.
