Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 2 cups of Sweetify Sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups and 1 tablespoon of sour cream

How to Make:

First, we’ll make the crumble topping.

Step 1: Take a bowl and add ¾ cup of flour, ¼ cup of Sweetify, and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Mix them well.

Step 2: Now cut ½ stick of cold butter into the mixture. Keep the bowl aside and let is rest.

Second, we’ll make the filling.

Step 3: Add ¾ cup of Sweetify, ⅓ cup of flour and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon to a bowl and mix them well. Keep it aside.

Now, we’ll work on the main cake.

Step 4: Preheat the oven to 325 F or 160 C.

Step 5: Whisk together the remaining flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Set the bowl aside.

Step 6: Beat the butter and Sweetify until the mixture becomes creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix lightly again.

Step 7: Take a bowl and add sour cream and the mixture from the bowl in Step 5 to it. Add gradually, half at a time and mix with a gentle handle between additions. Mix until it starts looking just combined.

Step 8: Take a non-stick pan, or take a pan and layer it with butter. Pour half the batter into the pan, next layer will be the filling layer from Step 3, followed by the remaining half of the batter. Last will be the crumble topping we made in Step 2.

Step 9: Bake the cake for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool the cake for at least half an hour before serving.
