Today I thought I would share with my family all the things
which made 2022 such a beautiful milestone for me.
and those things I give to you too
All the things that did magic for me
the same things I am going to share with you so that 2023 can be magic for you.
Let us know what is that thing which can be a life-changing thing for you.
So you don't need to adopt all of these things
incorporate what you think is suitable for you and see the magic happen.

Happy New Year to my beautiful Family, I hope you all are healthy
Happy, taking care of yourself and super excited for the new year
I thought today I would bring some very beautiful points for my family
which did magic for me.
they will do the same for you.
if you believe
The first point is that you have to keep positive and happy thoughts for yourself.
it is difficult for some people who don't know how to be happy that
how can we be happy if someone say something at home or the office
children don't talk properly and so many different things all together
but it's very important for you to have happy thoughts
keep happy thoughts for yourself
that today it will be good but think
that today is going to be great
The first thought you should have as soon as you wake up in the morning
is that today is going to be terrific.
new opportunities and new things are about to happen
and it's okay!
We did it daily for the first 1 month but there was no difference
but you have to be consistent this is your patience test
just be positive today is going to be good
Today's going to be just the thing that I always thought
so please be positive
I'm talking just keep doing it
I had very bad day
But this thought was consistent that today some magic is going to happen, even if it is not
But with this thinking, you will always be able to see everything positively.
and mark my words it's very important
number 2 morning drink
it's a very underrated thing
That when you wake up in the morning and drink a warm glass of water
now what can I say about it
I am telling you all things from my experience
It's not like I read or it should be.
No!
you have to really believe
the drink you take in the morning it could be green tea
turmeric water, cumin water, carom water or it could be normal water
But if you take a warm glass of water in the morning
believe me
I am saying again and again that I have tried
Your gut remains clean
because of your gut being clean your hair, skin and your overall health will be good
it is a whole lot of another level of difference
So give it a try, you won't know without trying it.
so please try it out for yourself and see the magic
that what magic happens
it is a very simple thing
if you are lazy or maybe not
If you can't do it, then you can fill it in a thermos bottle at night
and drink it after waking up in the morning.

No matter how bad your skin is, it will keep getting better off.
just be positive about it
number 3 thoughtful balanced and healthy diet
I've made so many mistakes this year because of so many different things
and abuse you do to your body by eating bad food
You do not see its result immediately
that you eat and the next day you become fat it doesn't happen
or ate something spicy and got pimples the next day
that's not the case
But gradually this build-up shows the impact on your skin, hair, health, your mental state.
then what to do?
you have to do something thoughtful
our mom said to do fast for Monday and Thursday
no matter this fasting is connected with God
but believe me, it is for your body to give rest
try to subside all the other process
meaning of a healthy diet is thought eating
before giving anything to your body think about it
believe me, if you respect your body
your complete game will be changed
that's why please make sure and try to eat a healthy and balanced diet
we don't know anything about balance diet
home food is the secret
Also, we can meet outside Food once in a 15 or 30 days
that can be adjusted for our body
not more than that
if you do more accumulation starts happening
in the long run, we will see pimples Breakouts and many more
focus on thoughtful and healthy eating
number 4 not surrendering to your fears
I also have lots of fears
maybe this will happen or not I have planned this
it will execute similarly or not
Sometimes I surrender too badly
it's very big thinking, it can be done
do not surrender to it
I have taken lots of risks
I have done a lot of things which I don't realize I can do it
and I did it
I'll give you one simple example
I just went to Singapore whose vlog will be on the channel
and I went alone
I always wanted to go for a solo trip
but I never thought it could be international
and I did that and that was something out of my box
so I didn't surrender my fears
I took the bat and I did it
same thing I want from my family do not surrender to your fears
feel excited when you see the fears and just do it
I am not saying he can do something wrong, just be thoughtful
but yes if it's an opportunity for some way
there is no loss for trying, just it out
what worst will happen you might fail, it's ok
just think what kind of experience we will have
we tried to being there
it's a confidence building activity in itself
when you try something new
respected about the result
whether you pass and fail
maybe less or too far
life is going to surprise you in so many beautiful ways
that I can't tell you
that's why please family give it a try, do not have fair
this life is yours and you are the hero, but you don't know
please own that life and do your best
no 5 act like your idol
you might have some ideas, mother father and teacher maybe.

start acting like that
just try it
just see how beautiful they are, how beautiful they speak
how beautiful they look and walk
how better knowledge
so you guys start acting like them
at least try to do at alone
practice in front of the mirror
or try to do some activity, something which you are doing
start acting in yourself
and you will see slowly the thing which you are liking
that is already within you, you can incorporate
it's very simple
you guys just have to come out from your comfort zone
you will see that person which is your ideal
Maybe you can come out of them and perform beautifully
it will whole lot of for your confidence
for your confidence, it can energize you
so you have to try it out
you cannot be like they have a good skin
your skin is even better, there is only pimples it's okay, who cares
nobody is going to see your pimples until and unless you are for yourself
just present yourself and see the difference within you
everything will be changed I promise you
number 6 which is my personal favorite
whenever I meet any children I always ask them what are you reading
yes
read and listen
till the time we are in school, there are a lot of things due to which we have practice
in the college, there is a relaxation, nobody is seeing you
Post-graduation is all about self-study
after that when you got a job and get married
our education stops
the thing which you learned that the only knowledge
yes or no
rest we are updated by news
but you need to educate yourself every single day
it's necessary but how you can do>
read here books Play the very important role
There is a different world of books, just once you should know
once you like a book
believe me, you will forget about everything platform and even me
books are your best friend they never betray you
read it gives you education
you are utilizing your time properly while reading you do imagination
how beautiful it is while reading any novel
we know about the characters
our brain star visualizing itself
this is another exercise which makes you productive
so you can't stop reading, it's very important
keed reading always
I have my back journal in which I am writing and I have written
I have read 20 birds in 2022
I am telling you this to you so that you can take some inspirational
and you can also try if this is possible we can also do it
believe me when you start doing it , it will make a whole lot of difference
and you will come back and say, Prerna
what the thing which you told me
all these are tried and trusted things
I am very excited about them whenever I meet someone special kids
I always ask them what are you reading
Which books have you read and which haven't?
all these things should be your habits
number 7 maintain a journal
lots of people ask Prerna how can you do this many things
you took classes, makes videos and you have a family as well
you are doing reading and remedies as well
I want to tell you about something making a journal
I don't think I should say that
I am somebody from very old school
I write down everything
even if you can see in my diary what I have to do in the next 2 hours
so I keep writing all the time, maintaining a journal
I don't have to remember it I have already written in which sequence I have to work
and my mind already know in this sequence, I have to work
I am more productive because I know this time I have to do this
once It ends, what else I have to do
journal maintaining can change it all for you
I am telling you lots of things, but once you get used for all these things
life is changed
Life will change that you will become very productive
As soon as I wake up in the morning I write it down with morning tea
that what basic work I have to do
And then once I get ready I start that I have done this
and at night before going to bed, I tick that I did it
Some days goes by that I do nothing, I simply write down that nothing done
very much possible right, but
in a sequence
And the day I write nothing done, I am more productive the next day.
why because I have a record that I didn't do anything
So the next day I push myself a little more because I didn't do anything yesterday so have to do it today
so believe me maintaining a journal can change it all for you
It’s completely a game changer
is to maintain a journal
Journal means a diary simply keep a diary and a pen with you
Wake up in the morning and write that you have to do this work today
and while sleeping at night check whether you have completed your to-do list or not.
number 8 look good and smell good
believe me, many times it happens that I have to do some remedy
and I did not bathe but I have to shoot so what to do now
I make sure that I look good I wear my earrings and perfume
reason being is that confidence will be on another level
you know for yourself that you're looking good.
and you are going to perform your best
it's not about appearance
a lot of people take it wrong what does it mean to look good
you are doing this for yourself not for anyone else
You have to make yourself feel confident
That's why we look good, wear good
If I am wearing pajamas even at home so I want a matching t-shirt
kind of stuff I am giving an example
So when you have these things then you are giving yourself some importance
that you are doing for yourself
there is nobody at home obviously, my husband is here
but please you should do something for yourself
and he is very sweet, believe me, my husband would never say
that to wear matching
it's for myself that I do all these things
I always make sure that I am well prepared
if I am not feeling good about myself then I will not shoot obviously
But when I feel good and have to shoot so I actively participate in getting ready
smelling good
And it can be great for your confidence
so do it
number 9 exercising
in 2022 there were a lot of ups and downs in with me
healthwise
so I did exercise on and off but
But one thing I can tell you guaranteed, every day I was exercising I used to feel good.
I used to feel really happy
I used to be very light
I used to be on another level
And I've never exercised healthwise
so it was lethargic
entire day goes by like this
But exercising which causes a rush of blood in the body
it makes a whole lot of a difference
So please spare 5 minutes and do simple exercises you can do PT
learned in school.

So all the things I have told you here, I am trying my level best,
that I should continue in 2023 without any mistake or break and keep doing it.
last but definitely not the least
is stay connected, it's very important
To stay connected with your loved ones, talk to them no matter how angry you are
it's very important
you can tell through by simple messaging that you care
you don't need to write I care
yes you can do anything which makes them feel good
We send it but they do not understand, no problem, you are doing it for yourself.
Now if every individual takes his responsibility
then just imagine how light the atmosphere will become.
So please don't stop your effort
rest whatever is happening let it happen we have no control over it
but you can do things which are in your control but you get back out in that too.
don't do that
So stay connected simple messages make people happy nowadays
So what we saw in covid-19 we saw
that it is not necessary to meet, it is necessary to have someone.
so please make them feel special
sometimes give simple flowers
or maybe simple messages anything of that sort, I am not saying only this
but anything which you are comfortable for
do it for them and for yourself and you will see the magic
I hope my family understands these 10 points
And some of these I am not saying all of them
some you will add in your daily routine in 2023
and you will make whole lot of a difference for yourself
this entire presentation I am sure must have gotten very long
but I want my family to know that it is very important as an individual
to incorporate in your life
I want you all to add a few things from this in your daily routine
it will help only you
It won't matter to anyone I'm not getting any benefit out of it
but I want my family to be happy about it
So do give it a try for yourself
