Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and sauté until they are golden brown.
  3. Add the garlic and green chilies and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add the mutton cubes and sauté until they are browned.
  5. Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and garam masala and stir to combine.
  6. Add the tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes.
  7. Add the water and bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
  9. Add salt to taste and serve hot.
