Schnitzel Wiener Art is a dish that consists of pork slices thinly pounded, breaded, and pan-fried. It is accompanied by potato salad, French fries, or potatoes with parsley. Lemon is squeezed over the cutlets.
Croatia

Istrian ombolo and sausages with sauerkraut is a traditional dish. Slices of pork loin are marinated in white wine flavored with garlic and bay leaves. Then the slices are grilled with homemade pork sausages and served with wine-braised sauerkraut and pan-fried potatoes.

Sunka u kruhu is a festive dish made with whole smoked, cooked ham encased in dough, The dough is made with flour, yeast, lukewarm water, lard, and salt. The ham is flavored with bay leaves, garlic, and ground pepper. The dough-encased ham is baked in the oven and left to cool down before serving.

Kotlet schabowy are thin-cut breaded pork chops, fried in lard, They’re served with cooked potatoes, sauerkraut, and fresh or pickled salads.

Golonka is a pork hock or pork knuckle slow-cooked until tender. It can also be braised in the oven or grilled. The dish is served with boiled potatoes, cabbage, cooked vegetables, and mustard or horseradish sauce.

Kontosouvh is a traditional dish. Large pieces of pork are marinated in herbs and spices. They are skewered and cooked on a rotisserie. The pork is marinated with garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice, and red wine.
Italy

Porchetta is a boneless pork roast flavored with salt, garlic, rosemary, fennel seeds, and other aromatic herbs. The pork roast is cut open and laid flat then stuffed with the pork liver, fat, and meat flavored with salt and spices. The meat is rolled up, put on a spit, and slowly roasted over a wood fire.

Solomillo al whisky is a traditional dish originating in Seville. The dish consists of pork tenderloin in a garlicky whisky sauce. The dish combines pork tenderloin medallions, flour, lemon juice, garlic, whisky, olive oil, stock, and potatoes. Once the meat is browned it is removed from the pan and a sauce is prepared.

Vindaloo is a curry dish originating in the Goa and Konkan regions. It is prepared with marinated pork. The meat is marinated in wine vinegar and garlic. Flavorings include tamarind, cinnamon, cardamom, and hot chilies.
China

Sweet and sour spare ribs are made with spare ribs marinated in Chinese sweet and sour sauce. After they are deep-fried.

Jeyuk bokkeum is a dish prepared with thinly, sliced pork cuts. The pork is marinated in spicy Korean chili paste, soy sauce, chili flakes, rice wine, garlic, and ginger. After the pork is grilled or pan-fried.

Mexico

Gringas is a dish that is prepared with flour tortillas filled with marinated pork, cheese, and pineapple slices. Seasonings include onions, chili sauce, and coriander. The tortillas are folded and eaten like tacos.
