Judging Criteria and Participation Guidelines

Entries will be evaluated based on several key criteria:​

Innovation and Originality: The uniqueness and advancement the product brings to its segment.​

Efficiency and Cost Reduction: How the product improves processes or reduces costs.​

Health and Environmental Impact: The product's contribution to health and sustainability.​

Customer Centricity: The degree to which the product meets consumer needs and preferences.​

Only products launched or re-launched between May 2024 and May 2025 are eligible. Participation is free and exclusively open to confirmed exhibitors of the Saudi Food Show 2025. Each product or initiative must be submitted through a separate online form via the official Saudi Food Exhibitor Portal. Submissions must include detailed information, images, and videos to support the entry.​
