My Tous les Jours Trip. Top Story - December 2025.
As someone who lives in a rural area, I don't get the chance to visit fancy restaurants or bakeries that often. So, when a friend told me about a French-Asian bakery that's less than an hour away, I knew I had to check it out and grab some pictures for social media. Tous les Jours ended up providing an immersive experience that went above and beyond my expectations--although I did leave with a few reservations.

A Quiet Discovery in the Backstreets of Athens
I had no real destination when I stepped out of the Syntagma Metro that afternoon. The square was full of people as usual, a mix of tourists staring at maps, Athenians walking with purpose and others just enjoying the slow rhythm of the day. I often wander around this area when I want to reset my mind. It is noisy but somehow comforting, like the heart of Athens beating in slow motion.

My All New Homemade Burrito Bowl
My All-New Homemade Burrito Bowl: Sometimes the best recipes come from the simplest ideas. My Homemade Burrito Bowl was inspired by my love for BarBurrito — a restaurant I first discovered back in 2022. My go-to order used to be their Sandwich Burrito. It was always fresh, flavorful, and filling — but also messy! No matter how carefully I ate, something always spilled out. One day, I thought, “Why not make my own version at home — but in a bowl?” And that’s how my Homemade Burrito Bowl idea was born.

My First Taste of Molokhia
It was my first time traveling to Lebanon for work. Everyone had told me not to worry about food because there would be meals on the plane. So, that morning, I left home at 5 a.m. without breakfast, nervous, excited, and trusting their advice. Even when my friend offered me coffee in town, I hesitated. Why eat now when there’s food on the plane?
