Once the beef is tender, the filling is placed into a baking pan and covered with pastry dough and baked until the top is golden brown.
France

Beef bourguignon is a classic dish from the Burgundy region. This is a beef stew made with red Burgundy wine along with carrots, onions, garlic, thyme, and mushrooms. The meat, along with other ingredients, is simmered for a long time until all the juices have combined into a thick, dark sauce.

Steak au poivre is a delicious dish consisting of beef steak coated in crushed peppercorns and fried. It is served with a sauce made from pan drippings.
Belgium

Carbonnade is a traditional stew that is prepared with beef and dark beer. The chunks of beef are combined with dark beer, onions, and flavored with thyme, garlic, and bay leaves, then stewed until it forms a thick sauce.

Padang satay originated in Padang, West Sumatra. The dish is best known for its thick, curry-based sauce. The mildly spicy gravy consists of turmeric, beef broth, rice flour, and local spices. The beef is first boiled until tender in the spiced broth; after that, the beef is skewered and grilled over charcoal. Then the thick gravy is added.
Iran

Kebab torsh is a delectable sour marinated kebab originating in the northern Caspian provinces. Chunks of beef are marinated with crushed walnuts, pomegranate molasses, garlic, and herbs. Then grilled.
China

Beef chow fun is a Cantonese stir-fry dish. It is prepared with marinated beef slices, flat, wide rice noodles, and bean sprouts.
Vietnam

Bo luc lac or Vietnamese shaking beef, is a dish prepared with diced marinated beef and served on a bed of watercress and sliced tomatoes. Additional toppings can include pickled onions, and a dipping sauce like a lime-based vinaigrette can be drizzled over the meat or served on the side.

Bon hung dam is the Vietnamese version of a hot pot. The dish combines vinegar-flavored broth with coconut milk or water, lemongrass, and onions. Raw beef is thinly sliced, and fresh vegetables and herbs are added: bean sprouts, daikon, lettuce, cucumbers, mint, basil, and perilla leaves.

Galbi refers to a variety of grilled beef short rib dishes. The beef short ribs are marinated in a sweet sauce made with soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, sesame oil, and garlic. Once marinated, they are grilled.

Mexico

Carne asada tacos are the very first tacos in history. These are prepared with thin slices of beef cooked over hot coals. The meat is placed in corn tortillas and topped with guacamole, onions, chili peppers, and lime.

Brazil

Bife a Parmegiana is a dish inspired by Italian cuisine. This dish is made with tender beef cutlets, seasoned with salt and pepper. The cutlets are coated in flour, dipped in beaten eggs, and covered with breadcrumbs, The fried to a golden brown. Once fried, the beef is topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese or sometimes Parmesan cheese. The dish is then baked in the oven until the cheese melts.

Vaca atolada is a meat dish that is made with beef ribs, garlic, onions, tomatoes, parsley, cassava, chili peppers, and urucum seed. The meat is marinated and cooked and drenched in a thick sauce.
Peru

Lomo saltado is a traditional dish. It is made with stir-fried marinated slices of sirloin or beef tenderloin, onions, yellow Peruvian chilis, and tomatoes.
Argentina

Milanese napolitana is a traditional dish that originated in Buenos Aires. Milanesa steak is breaded, fried, and topped with a slice of ham, tangy tomato sauce, and thick slices of mozzarella melted under the broiler.

Pique macho is a delectable dish that consists of a layer of French fries buried beneath a heap of chopped beef, hot dogs, eggs, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and chili peppers.
