Lemon and Peanut Butter

Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the lemon cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until it is firm but sticky.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Place the dough on the cookie sheet by the teaspoonful.
Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 7 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool on a cookie rack.
The great thing about this recipe is that you can frost it or decorate it any way you want to. You can sprinkle powdered sugar and enjoy it. These cookies were a big hit at my work.

Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Do you love to bake but don't have the time or energy? If so, then you are like me. I work a full-time job and then come home to write part-time and keep house. I love to bake but lack the time and energy to do so. But that changed when I searched online for an easy and quick peanut butter cookie recipe. This recipe is the best! All it takes is three ingredients. It tastes just like regular peanut butter cookies but uses far fewer ingredients. This recipe is great for any day.

Yields: Serves about 6
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, combine and mix the three ingredients.
Grease a cookie sheet. Drop the dough by the teaspoon on the cookie sheet. Take a fork and press the dough down.
Bake in the oven for about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool.

Cookies Are Better When They're Simple
I love sugar cookies, but I also love fuss-free baking. I wanted to find a recipe with just a few ingredients, and I was thrilled to discover this one. It's so quick and easy to make! Most people have these ingredients on hand in their kitchen, so you probably won't need to go out and buy anything. My niece and nephew loved these cookies!

Yields: 15 cookies
Ingredients
1 stick plus 2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
In a bowl, whip sugar and butter with a spoon or an electric mixer until it is fluffy.
Add flour and mix together.
On a cookie sheet, use a teaspoon to drop the dough into balls approximately 1 inch apart. Flatten the cookies if you are going to decorate them.
Bake cookies for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
