What are zero oil recipes?

This involves very standard cooking method without oil or by using a healthy substitute for oil. Cooking with oil add flavor to food and is also not good for health. Zero oil recipes are generally low calorie food for weight loss.

There are several reasons we should go in for zero oil cooking -

1. Oils are one of the most calorie dense foods on earth. While some fat is necessary for the diet, we are usually already sufficient amount from other sources.

1. Zero oil cut chicken recipe for weight loss: zero oil curd chicken recipes very delicious and healthy for your digestion, it is low calorie protein food.

Ingredients:

500 gram chicken

1 cup curd

Ginger paste

Garlic paste

Onion paste

Green chili

Red chili powder

Cumin powder

Salt

Garam masala

Recipe:

At first Marinate the chicken with curd, salt, onion-garlic-ginger paste, red chili powder, cumin powder. Keep it aside at least 1 hour.

Take a pot with lid and pour the marinated chicken and close the lead. Cook it low flame minimum 30- 40 minutes. Then open the lead and at the garam masala properly. Now the super tasty curd chicken is ready for taste.

2. Zero oil paneer curry recipe for weight loss: this recipe is very tasty and hygienic. It's called Shahi paneer curry. It's a protein rich food.

Ingredients:

Chopped onion

Chopped ginger

Chopped garlic

Chopped tomato

Paneer

Coriander power

Cumin powder

Garam masala

Recipe:

Firstly boil the chopped onion ginger garlic and tomato in small amount of water. After boiling you grind it into fine paste.

Then take a non stick pan. Add the paste and then mix the cumin powder, Chili powder, coriander powder. Wait for 5 minutes and at the paneer pieces. Then sauté well and add salt according your taste. After cooking you add some garam masala. Now the zero oil paneer curry is ready to serve.

3. Zero oil fish curry recipe for weight loss: now I tell you a yummy fish curry after tasting of which you can't imagine it is without oil.

Ingredients:

500 gram fish

1 onion

1 tomato

2 green chilies

Turmeric powder

Cumin powder

Salt

Water

Ginger paste

Lemon juice

Red chili powder

Recipe:

Take the chopped fish in a bowl and marinade with lemon juice for 2 to 3 minutes.

Heat the pan and pour the fish in pan and add chopped onion, tomato, cumin powder, salt, green chilies, ginger paste. Stir well. Then finally add some water.

Now bring to boil it properly.

Now garnishing it coriander leaves.

It is ready to serve.

4. Rava idli: it is a South Indian dish. It's generally a breakfast recipe but you take it anytime.

Recipe:

Firstly take a cup of rava and half cup of curd. Then make seat well and add A pinch of salt as your taste. Now aside eat at least 30 minutes to set the batter.

Now you can add it mustard seed and chopped curry leaves for better test.

Finally you pour the batter in idli maker and steam 10 minutes.

Now the zero oil snacks recipe is ready to eat.
