Deputy Coerces Mother to Perform Oral S3x on Her 1-Year-Old, Records Act

Shaderick Jones, a deputy with the Iberville Parish (Louisiana) Police Department, coerced a young mother to perform oral sex on her 1-year-old child to avoid arrest on an outstanding traffic warrant.

The September 2019 incident led investigators to recover electronic devices from Jones’s home revealing sexual and animal abuse.

Jones visited the home of Iyesha Todd to arrest her on an outstanding warrant for a traffic violation. She did not want to go to jail, of course, leading Jones to take advantage of the moment.

He explained to Todd how he always wanted to see an adult “give an infant head,” and agreed to ‘forget about’ the warrant if she would help make his fantasy come true.

Todd initially hesitated but eventually gave in to his demands. She performed oral sex on her 1-year-old son as Jones recorded the act on his cellphone.

Friend Turns in Video

The video was shared in private messages on social media, making its way into the inbox of Todd’s ex-girlfriend. She could not believe her eyes. The day after receiving the video, she contacted the police.

Todd was immediately taken into custody without incident. During questioning, Todd told detectives the shocking account of Deputy Jones making a deal not to arrest her if she performed the act. She also informed them that Jones recorded the video on his cellphone.

Jones was arrested after a brief investigation confirming that he was present at the home at the time of the assault.

Jones attempted to destroy evidence when he tossed his cell phone into the Mississippi River. Police suspected other similar acts had been recorded using the phone. Searching the Jones home, police recovered a mound of evidence from several other electronic devices.

He had worked for the Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana since 2015. He was terminated immediately following his arrest.

“In my 16 years of chief of police, I have never seen something so disgusting and sickening in my life,” said St. Gabriel Police Chief Kevin Ambeau.

Todd & Jones Arrested

Todd was charged with first-degree rape, aggravated crime against nature, and pornography involving juveniles. Jones was charged with pornography involving juveniles, malfeasance in office, and principal to first-degree rape.

Todd pleaded guilty to the charges against her. She was sentenced to 14 years in prison. Jones was convicted of 24 counts of child pornography and 55 counts of sexual abuse of animals in West Baton Rouge Parish, according to officials. He was sentenced to 90 years for the child porn counts and 10 years for the bestiality charges.

My Thoughts

Readers may disagree, but most people would not do this to a child or anyone else for that matter, regardless of what a cop said to them -unless it's already engrained in their mind. Who in their right mind would sexually assault a child because a cop 'coerced' them? Her warrant was likely a misdemeanor since it was a traffic violation. Maybe she suffers from mental illness. Not an excuse , but would better explain her reasoning. This story does not make sense to me, and I'm sorry the child experienced it. I hope she is prohibited from being around the child when she is released from prison.
