This Is The Way
When I am on my walks I often see plants growing on roofs and other places where there is no soil, and I wonder how the hell they manage to grow.
I am no scientist but I would think that a plant would need nutritious soil to grow in, but a wall?
Look at that dandelion, how does it live? Maybe it gets moisture when it rains and then, along with photosynthesis, it manages to grow, and flourish.
I have seen this dandelion over a couple of days and this story has given me a reason to write about it. We often see moss on stonework, but this is a fully fledged plant.
I have seen small trees growing in similar situations.
I don't know how it happens, but life always finds a way....

It is amazing how a tiny seed can grown where it is least expected. Congratulations Mike well deserved a Top Story 💙✍️🏆
I see this all the time and it always amazed me. Thankfully Seema gave us the details on how this happens — still a magical sight though. Nice photo! Congratulations on your Top Story 🎉🎊🎉
It's hard, but can be done. Root produces enzyme to absorb from the brick. They can take moisture from air too.
Congrats, Mike!
Wow.
And congratulations on the top story! 🥳
It’s incredible, right? Wildflowers are like special creatures with special superpowers.
Your deep experience on it.
Congratulations, Mike. This definitely fits into the category of "Things that make your head hurt."
Indeed, life always finds a way. We grow, even in the most painful situations. Congrats, Mike!
Back to say congratulations on your Top Story! 🎉💖🎊🎉💖🎊
Congratulations on your top story! It’s amazing how something as simple as a dandelion can remind us of resilience and the quiet power of life.
And eventually manages to crack us up in such a way that even the stoniest of facades simply crumble.
I love that you think this! Also it’s sort of inspiring really that they can do this! 😀
That sure is such a strong will to live. Loved it!
I love dandelions. Great piece Mike!

Yes, life does find a way, doesn't it <3 Love the positivity of this
