Labyrinth
She's walking all around the maze, deciding whether she wants to stay my friend or not. One day, she'll stop and spot me in a certain corner of the maze. Occasionally, we'll stay in the same location together. On other days, she'll exit the place in which I remain still in. She'll hunt for her own lane and continue ambling along without acknowledging me. She'll forget that we're still friends, and she'll hurt me without knowledge or consciousness. She makes me ask myself if she's really a true friend or a fictitious person who's deceiving me. It's impossible to really know who she really is, because she incessantly changes. She's not always the same person and she's not always on the same boulevard as me. I'm finding my way around the maze, without her support and care. She'll never provide me with hints; I'll need to give myself all the hints. Once I've exited the labyrinth, I'll feel like a million dollars. I won't care for our friendship anymore.

Vegan Banana-Grape Ice Cream
Introduction For the last couple of years, I've enjoyed conjuring a variety of smoothie flavours such as strawberry and banana, banana and mango, blueberry, jumbleberry, red velvet, banana with spinach and peanut butter, chocolate and nut butter, watermelon and banana, chocolate-covered raspberry, sweet potato pie, ube (purple sweet potato) and banana-grape. With both a food processor and Nutribullet smoothie maker, I can easily create these unique and exciting vegan ice cream flavours at home! Staying at home more often gave me the opportunity to think outside the box and come up with potential smoothie recipes to share with all my friends on Vocal!

Wash Away
Dear H20, please wash away all the goop I've kept inside me. I don't want to be contaminated with old grime that makes me putrid like sulphur. A new me equals new energy I have both internally and externally. May I dip my greasy and mucky body into The Fountain of Rebirth and feel like a thousand dollars afterwards?

How Eliminating Gluten Positively Affected My Health
Dear Diary, In the fall of last year, I considered going gluten-free, but I wasn't fully prepared. I needed to read and educate myself well enough to know which foods I'm required to give up and foods that I'm allowed to consume on a non-celiac gluten-free diet. Around that time, I discovered that I can eat everything else except for any products that contain wheat, rye and barley. I'm also avoiding any pastries, breads, pastas and cookies that contain gluten in them, and I don't regret not purchasing, eating and preserving them in my apartment. It took me two months to finally say to myself, "That's it! After everything I've read about and found out on Pinterest and other health websites, I will not eat or keep any wheat, rye, barley and any products that contain white flour".

I’m Not Trying To Be Mean or Invasive, I’m Just In The Dark With Social Situations
Dear friends, For a long time, I've been in the dark with social situations. As I've mentioned in various Vocal stories, I was diagnosed with Autism when I was a toddler and then diagnosed with GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) when I was a tween. Living with a dual diagnosis was extremely challenging for me, and it made social situations and problems difficult for me to navigate for the last several years of my life. Although this may not be the case for every single person living with Autism, many people with Autism have difficulty adapting to multiple social settings, dealing with complicated social situations and grapple with appropriate social skills.

Excerpt from Up and Down the Ladder
Dear friends, I'm extremely happy to inform you that I've published and sold a paperback poetry book on Amazon. Since Feburary 24th 2022, I've been a proud, driven and passionate published poet! For my entire life, I've dreamed of publishing at least 1 book that people can purchase and read, and that day finally came. I finally crossed it off my "mental bucket list" of things I want to accomplish and create in life.
