Of different opinions
After a fallout with a relative, I better understood how easily people who come from even the same background can fall apart due to differences in opinions. As it turns out, even though we might share the same reality and environment, we can get so much of a different experience that it eventually leads us down a path where our ideas diverge. In this instance, it wasn’t even about who was right or wrong, our difference came down to one person being egotistical and another trying to be altruistic, two very different visions that failed to find balance.

Controversial Figure
From my perspective, I’ve never really thought of myself as being controversial or prone to arguments, but as it turns out many people might feel that way about me. The disparity comes from the fact that I am not generally interested in many topics, but there are key topics that retain my attention and I really go off on those.

Stabbed in the back
It would be unfair of me to paint the situation as being totally negative because it isn’t, I’m surrounded by very supportive and loving friends who do show great loyalty and commitment, however, it's the break from the standard that makes it all the more striking. Having something happen to you which is out of the ordinary is what makes it hurt even more, to have someone you trust stab you in the back when you expect it the least. The experience of having someone you trust do that to you isn’t as bad as I expected it to be, at least for me it didn’t hurt that much because I saw it coming and secondly, I could mitigate the effects of it all together. I didn’t lose that much and I think the lesson I learned was precious, much more than the amount I lost.

Food security
Knowing that you can wake up every morning and have something to eat is very powerful, knowing that if you ever feel hungry at any moment, you can just reach into your pockets and dig up some change then get what you want does so much for your mental state to the point where it can either enhance your productivity or disrupt it. Imagine this instead like the internet, these days there is little I can do in terms of my software projects without internet, even just distraction wise, the internet is very important because thats where all the content is found. You can look at it the same way with food security, there isn’t much you’ll be able to do if you are worried about what you are going to eat that day especially when your energy is slowly drying out.

Do you see the enemy?
Look around you, who is your enemy? Is it your brother who is jealous of all your success and trying to take it away from you, or is it that one friend whom you can’t seem to get along with? Maybe that person who keeps talking bad about you despite you being nice to them. Yet again you might consider the enemy to be the system of government you are in which seems to favor some and neglect others. Or maybe you might be humble enough to think the enemy is the person in the mirror. So do you see the enemy?

Living paycheck to paycheck
Once you enter the workforce, you soon realize that unless you had a lot of generational wealth handed down to you, you will have to work your way up the societal ladder the hard way. Not only that but everybody around you is trying to do the same thing which makes it even more complicated because now it's a competition for the same limited resources.

Reality can’t fit in the dream
This is a question I was asked back in primary school. It was quite interesting because back then I was not so sure about what the answer was, and I think I just regurgitated what was most popular back then, I want to be an astronaut, was my answer. With time this dream kept evolving, the more informed I got, the more precise the dream started becoming.

The steps toward execution
I just recently realized how easy it is to make it in life and attain the top 1%, I am not kidding, I just saw it with my own eyes just how easy it is to make millions and even become a billionaire if you want. Keep in mind that there is a difference between being easy and being simple. This is what I saw, I discovered a machine which takes pictures automatically from the press of a button, prints them and all you have to do is sit back and collect the revenue from the clients who will pay. Its a mirror photobooth machine, you can look it up. The idea of it is simple, a mirror which has a digital screen and which is also reflective, so people just click on it, get in position and it takes the picture. once they confirm they like it, then the printing begins. There is very little you have to do as an individual, all you need to is find the position to drop the machine. It has a professional camera, a printer and the whole touch screen mirror all linked together making it all work automatically.

What I do to be without doubts
Everybody at some point in time has experienced doubts, whether it is about what they have to do or simply how things are going to turn out. It's quite a natural feeling we all get except that it can be destructive in certain scenarios. Having doubts, especially for an extended period, or even in the wrong context, could lead to catastrophic consequences. It might lead you to make the wrong decision, make a mistake, or even just be confused and lose your balance. Doubts are a little like fear, they give us a good measure of what to do and what not to do at the end of the day but we have to be careful not to dwell in them for too long, or else we might crash.
