Always a Lady
Lady is a nice respectable term to refer to a woman. Of course, there are those with no respect, who yell, “Hey, Lady!” I am referring to this as a positive term. Many terrific songs have been inspired by the term lady. One of my top favorites is “Three Times a Lady”. Which is your favorite?

The Magic of ABBA
The Swedish band ABBA is the only group that could creatively take the first letters of their first names and come up with the name of their band. The four members of the band are Agnetha Faltskog, Bjorn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid “Frida” Lyngstad. Together they became internationally famous.

Skopje on the Vardar River
Ever since Macedonia became a successor state of the former Yugoslavia and declared its independence in 1991 it has remained unnoticed. This is due to the fact that Macedonia, officially the Republic of Macedonia is a country that is landlocked right in the heart of the Balkans and one of Europe’s youngest and smallest countries. However, it does have a lot of beauty to offer tourists. There are wild mountains, fertile plains and huge lakes.

Terrific Tallahassee
Tallahassee is the capital of Florida. Tallahassee Museum of History & Natural Science, located on the outskirts of the city has manicured gardens and wilderness. The museum offers live exhibits of flora and fauna native to Florida. Here you can see the rare Florida panther, red wolf, and otters.

Mozambique is a country in southern Africa with a coastline along the Indian Ocean offering many popular beaches. Maputo is the capital of Mozambique. It is an interesting city with colonial architecture and many turn-of-the-century buildings as well as markets and plazas.

Sofia in the Sofia Valley
The capital of the southeast European country of Bulgaria is the largest city in the country. Sofia lies in the Sofia Valley at the foot of the Vitosha Mountain, This city was built west of the Iskar River. It is midway between the Black Sea and the Adriatic Sea and situated close to the Aegean Sea.

Dover Delaware
Dover is the capital of the small state of Delaware in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US. The state was named after the Delaware River. The city is located in the center of the state between Delaware Bay to the east and the state of Maryland to the west.

Elvis Rocking On (Part Two)
That’s the Way It Is This album came out in 1970 and included eight studio tracks and four live-in-concert tracks recorded at The International Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. This album is not considered a soundtrack album but it did accompany the theatrical release of the documentary “Elvis: That’s the Way It Is”. In 1973 it was certified Gold and in 2008 Platinum by the RIAA.

Interesting Zimbabwe
Harare is the capital of the landlocked country of Zimbabwe in southern Africa. National Heroes’ Acre is a grandiose obelisk that overlooks the city is located just 7 km from Harare. It was designed with the assistance of North Korea. It is a memorial to the forces who died during the Second Chimurenga. There’s a giant socialist-realism statue of the unknown soldier (actually three soldiers) which is surrounded by bronze friezes depicting stirring war victories.

Beautiful Hartford
Hartford is the capital of the U.S. state of Connecticut. This city has been nicknamed the “Insurance Capital of the World” because it is home to many insurance company headquarters and is the region’s major industry. Hartford was founded in 1635 and is among the oldest cities in the U.S.
