Valiant Final Girl
Every time that I watched a horror movie, I thought of how I would handle it. That I would be able to fight off the seemingly indestructible killer and live. Kill this guy and then save everyone in town from them. Or campgrounds. Wherever the monster was at.

Interview of Howard Barlow Part One
Two people were seated in bright purple chairs on a small stage. They sat facing each other. One a young woman in a light blue suit. Her long black hair pulled up into a high ponytail. She wore a similar colored pair of glasses. Her name is Kathleen. And she was nervously pushing back on her nose for the second time in ten minutes. Briefly looking at her clipboard that she has tightly held in her left hand. A tight smile pursed on her lips. Doing her best to not look afraid of the person in front of her. A feat that was somewhat hilarious considering the person that she was interviewing.

Fishing Trip With Grandpa
It was only meant to be a fishing trip on the lake on the edge of town. Just him, his grandfather, and his younger brother. So far things had been pretty good. The three of them were sitting there watching their bobbers in the water. For a while nothing had happened. Alexander, his younger brother, was practically falling asleep as they watched. While his grandfather, Horace, was telling him about his week. How his neighbors had gotten a new German Shepard puppy. A seven- or eight-week-old one if Horace remembered what his neighbor had told him. He had stated,”It’s a cute dog, Wyatt. But they haven’t trained it properly.”

You Were Not Scared
You were not scared. You were not scared of the strange sound you heard not that long ago. Sure, that sound was very loud. But you were not scared of whatever that sound was. You know that you are safe at home. And you know that once you check what the sound was that you can calm down properly.

Your Life Is A Lie Two
Waiting for the vet to call was one of the hardest things for Calder. And he couldn’t stop himself from nearly pacing his entire apartment. It was just so difficult to sit still. As Calder couldn’t understand what was taking so long. Sure it had only been a day since Scampers went to the vet. But the fact that they hadn’t called just yet was worrying. His stomach dropped as he kept pacing around his kitchen with his phone in hand. All of this was just nearly too difficult to handle. Stopping in place he forced himself to take a deep breath.

Aromantic Terminology and Me. Top Story - July 2024.
All the terminologies with being a part of the asexual community. QPR, squish, and zucchini. Each of them are things that I have my own thoughts on. All of which I’ll be rambling here in the most coherent way that I can. I do hope that this makes sense for you all.

Out All Night
In all fairness this was something he knew his dad had the right to be upset about. After all he had been out for about twelve hours or so. And he hadn't left a note for him or anything like that. But when he did this in the past his dad hadn't batted an eyelash. Now that he had a girlfriend who pretended to care he was pretending. Jean would have laughed if it weren't for the fact his dad was so angry with him. His dad crossed his arms tightly as he shouted,"You are in so much trouble young man! Where the hell have you been since last night?"

All The Damn Vampires
Sitting back against a wall the young man crossed his legs as he stared at the other wall. Feeling upset with what happened last night between him and his dad. The argument they had about a rule that he hadn't told Jean about until Jean broke it. Something that rightfully pissed off the young teenager. Adjusting his hat, he sighed,"Rules. Rules. Rules. Always changing and rearranging. Never consistent, ever."

I Hate Father's Day. Content Warning.
I have no father. So many people tell me that I must have one. That somehow getting my mom pregnant means they were a parent. When clearly that’s not true. Impregnating someone else does not make you a father or anything. Being there and caring for your child does. Raising them with love. Helping them be the best person that they can be.
