Ode For My Muse
Introduction I can't write a real Ode because I am not great at dealing with complex forms. So what I intend to do is write three ten-line verses, the strophe (objective), the antistrophe (subjective), and the epode (conclusive). I don't know if it will work, but I know it will be an excellent poem if the format is not perfect.

Grass
To lie on green grass with someone you are close to, between the trees and the river. Feel the breeze, and the sunshine, enjoy the bees and butterflies flitting between buttercups, sunflowers, asters and daisies. The smell of newmown grass. Listen to the water flowing in the river, maybe you could dip your feet in there, and see the fish swimming, without a care. As we lay on the grass we hear birdsong and see swifts and swallows above us and they sing to the world, flying free. Our cares are forgotten as we recuperate and relax and become one with nature and appreciate it's beauty.

Post Hackett Genesis - The Good Stuff
Introduction It was a shock when Peter Gabriel left Genesis, but Phil Collins, who had sung "More Fool Me" on "Selling England By The Pound" stepped up and with Chester Thompson helping out on drums the band produced two more excellent albums, "A Trick Of The Tale" and "Wind and Wuthering" so things still looked good, especially with the excellent Peter Gabriel solo albums, we were getting a lot of great music.

The Flood
Introduction This may seem like a bit of a rant and that I am having a go at certain Vocal Creators but I am not, we all have our own ways of doing things. Also, the Vocal side of it is caused by Vocal's decision to force us to receive publication information in our notifications when we already get it in our Subscription Feeds, the All Laters Stories Tab and now our Home page.
