Conversations With Cats In 'Nam (and a Dog)
Introduction This story is for the Vocal "Tall Tail" Challenge which you can read about below. After a chat with Heather Hubler who loves the cat videos of my meets with #CatsInNam (that's the Instagram and Twitter hashtag) I jokingly said I should record some of my encounters for the Vocal Challenge because, let's face it, animals do talk to us. Some have told me their names, to me to go away, and demanded food and attention.

My Inspiration Is Gone
Introduction Last week I was on holiday in Alnwick and that directly inspired me to write six stories and they set me up to write other unrelated stories but I received inspiration and that made my words flow. One of those turned out to be an unexpected Vocal Top Story. Now I am back home, it is snowing and I am shattered. I can hardly think, let alone put together an idea and write.

My Development On Vocal
Introduction This really started because I wanted to be able to get a simple list of my Top Stories. I do think that it would be great if Vocal both added a Top Story icon to the story and allowed you to filter Top Stories by a Creator name and/or add a Top Story Community filter on your own profile page.

I was rewatching "Bohemian Rhapsody" tonight and had been sending virtual hugs to a wonderful friend, and the phrase "Somebody To Love" came to mind, and thought about how much it helps if we have someone that we love and that love is returned.
