The Best Burger My Bucks Can Buy!!!
I am a bachelor. What does that have to do with a story about food? Well, my friend, read on and you shall see. Other than the presence of a wife, there is a distinct difference between how a bachelor dines and how a married man dines. The married guy and his wife share the dining duties. They tend to cook for each other or they may just choose to dine out. Either way, each one depends on the other. The bachelor only has one option-himself. If he chooses not to cook, he starves. He has to find a way to eat. And THIS is where my story comes in.

The Most Beautiful Baby in the World!
There a few, but most important events in my life that gave me great joy, a joy that made me feel like I was the king of the universe. These were times that, if I did something else at that point, I would have succeeded. If I had played the Powerball lottery or something else instead of these events, it would have resulted in a spectacular result. There was the first day of my life, finishing (successfully) grade school, high school and the getting FOUR degrees/diplomas from a major university. Then, there was getting my first teaching job and, eventually, becoming an assistant principal. I remember the music and athletic goals that I also set and achieved for myself as well.

The Way to This Man's Heart is Through His Stomach!
I am not a king, a President or the head of a huge organization of any sort. I am a plain person who is just trying to live my life from one day to the next. I am not fancy and do not require special preparations. I am just ME, a regular New York City male.

Am I a Bigot?
It has been 16 years since that horrific day. Sixteen years have passed and so have 3,000+ people. Yes, it was just over a decade and a half since four planes were hijacked and used as weapons against the citizenry of the United States. The first two planes hit both towers of the World Trade Center here in NYC. Another hit the Pentagon in Washington, DC. The final plane was intentionally crashed in an empty field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Many people naturally fled the areas fearing more attacks while a brave few ran toward the crash sites in the hopes of rescuing as many people as they could. Many, unfortunately, perished in what had to be the worst attack since Pearl Harbor and, without question, the worst attack in my lifetime.

Death May Be My New Best Friend
I might have too much free time on my hands somewhere. I do make time to write. I shop. I get my car repaired as necessary. I go to church. Somehow, I have too much free time because my finite mind started thinking about a topic that I can't shake and maybe I don't want to shake. Death!!

Teachers: The Most Influential People on Earth!
There are a few interesting people who have always amazed me. One of the fascinating people on Earth seems to be hypnotists. They seem to ask for volunteers, put them to sleep, and make them cluck like ducks and stuff. Magicians seem to perform "magic and stuff." Clowns, to some extent, can make some people laugh. I used to truly believe this until I reached high school. Then, it all fell apart because I saw things for what they truly were. Hypnotists used plants, people who were paid to get up on stage and fake it. Magicians had hidden devices like keys in order to escape their handcuffs and other stuff. Clowns were a bit closer to believable because they were able to make most children laugh, but eventually scared adults away.
