Walk with Me
'Walk with Me' is a children's picture book written by Stacey Tucker and Tonnja Kopp. This is quite the relaxing read for it is a trip through the flora and fauna and paying a visit to all that are presented. It is a picture book that shows and tells how relaxing and wondrous nature can be for all who partake. Stacey and Tonnja wrote this picture book to teach readers about nature and show how soothing nature can be. This would be a good book to induce relaxation skills from young children clear through to the elderly. It is like taking a walk through the woods.

Chelsea's Forever Garden
'Chelsea's Forever Garden' is a children's picture book created by Laura Lamb and illustrated by Mary Barrows. Who wouldn't want a garden like this of a place to call their own. This is a story about a little girl named Chelsea and her parents give her a gift that she discovers as a place to play and yes discover things about herself in order to make this place hers. Laura uses her gift of description very well for I could see this area even without Mary's artwork, but with Mary's work artwork and Laura's words they show and tell the story.

'Our Trespasses' is a novel written by Michael Cordell. No one likes it when someone trespasses in on our lives or even on our lands. This is the story of two brothers who need to work something out between them along with family and friends that are around them. 'Our Trespasses' is quite a spiritual adventure of good and evil that will keep you turning the pages. The Pirates of Pepper Pot Point
'The Pirates of Pepper Pot Point' is a children's picture storybook that seems to be written as one long very entertaining tongue twister. What a feat this author Michele Schultz and illustrator Paul Schultz has created. This is the story of a young boy named Peter Pickle and his cat Petunia and their adventure with the pirates and a battle of good and evil. Peter meets a pirate named Pedro and his parrot Percy and figures a way to help his friends and neighbors. Michele has written a story that shows the difference between right and wrong and how people can change. This is a story full of alliteration of the letter 'P'. Paul has drawn pictures that are fun to look at and 'read' and with the use of primary colors and the shading again makes this book a fun read.

Meatball's Snow Day
'Meatball's Snow Day' is a children's picture book written by Jen Willett. Who doesn't like a Snow Day? This is the story of a little mouse named Meatballs and he lives on a farm with his mom and his friends. One day he wakes up and finds out that it is a snow day and his adventures begin, but not thanks to his mom has a good breakfast and a snack to take on while on his adventures. Meatball has a small friend by the name of Moe and they find many ways to have fun on the farm during winter. This is a book with glossy pages and pictures that have to me vivid colors that are also very detailed, as can be seen as the walk he takes with his friend as well as all the other activities that they do. At the end of the book there is a recipe that parents can make with their kids.

Bedtime
'Bedtime' is a children's picture book that was written by Nanette Newman and illustrated by Flora Daneman. Oh, sleepy time and a chance to dream 'Bedtime' is a story written as if a poem and even something else for a good night's sleep and pleasant dreams or a wish for a parents wish for their child. The words are written throughout the book as to me a breeze that blows through the clouds and trees that are floating by. It also has a sing-song manner about itself for as you read the words and enjoy the pictures it is quite relaxing. Flora has drawn the pictures using it seems muted colors and blending the colors blue, purple, tans, browns and a few primary colors. My favorite pictures if I had to choose would be and are when the mom is holding the baby with the teddy bear and the book along with the last page with the sleeping baby and the teddy bear. This is a book of love and hugs.
