Justice denied one , Is justice denied All..
In April 2016, I was fired from my job as a Juvenile Probation Officer, the only time I had ever been fired in my life, because I filed a Human Resources compliant. I took that litigation myself to the Georgia Supreme Court and was awaiting a decision and fleeing the domestic violence of a police officer in March 2019. I had been sexually assaulted in November 2018, while going to Atlanta to get documents from the Ga Supreme Court and the Ga Court of Appeals.

To the Firefighters....
During everything that has been done to me, when two years ago I wanted to do employment cases for police, EMS, and firefighters and public employees..which somehow the firefighters have always managed to help me hold on to that dream by being the only ones who haven't made it harder while they couldn't do anything to but watch law enforcement and EMS do anything but protect and serve..You still remain my heroes. I don't blame every police officer, every EMT..you just don't victimize one of your own. There is not a firefighter I can say has ever done that.

Geek Girl's Guide to Surviving the LSAT and trying to make the material not bore you to death before you even get to being a stuffy lawyer with no sense of humor.
My personal tips .. Put the examples in terms you understand..by this I mean take the scenarios in your study books and make them relate to you. Don't complicate the scenarios but who really cares about seven people performing a comic routine. Having guy or girls problems work through some of that unresolved angst and make it which of your celebrity crushes you would speed date. I originally did mine with Superheroes at a bachelor auction, didn't have a boyfriend (Still don't so it might still apply), so I picked my favorite superhero crushes instead of the comic routine. Don't want to deal with dating, pick something you can relate to. Like music, do your favorite bands in a celebration concert for you when you pass the LSAT..you are more likely to understand the concepts if it hits home or you are connected to the information in some way..

To the Gone but Not Forgotten..
Fresh out of college I began volunteering for Pima County Attorney's office Victim Witness. The horrible day came when I had to do a death notification of a police officer killed by a drunk driver. I am leaving out the names of the officer and his wife out of respect, because it is a complicated story that I do not wish to bring her any shame from. If is just a piece of my history and why this week is important to me.

How District Attorneys protect Criminals...
The names of these individuals are public figures and law enforcement officers. We start with the Chatham County District Attorney's office who considers Savannah Police Officers committing crime themselves and threatening to arrest victims a "civil matter." That Chatham County Sheriff's Deputies stealing my diamond earrings when I was illegally arrested for walking to go by a soda by Pooler PD officers, who grabbed my breasts, impersonated other officers..that would be Lt K Woods wearing OFr Carelock's nameplate while assisting in an arrest, much like Ofr Stevens (a former US Marine) wearing Ofr Carter's name plate while being part of there officers demanding I tell them where I was going (Not that he didn't ban me from a hotel for asking to us the bathroom and being unable to wear shoes due to the Pooler PD leaving me stranded with a dead car battery in a Starbucks parking lot for 2 and a half months, who bought me a hamburger and gold sequin tennis shoes from Walmart and give me 3 warm bottles of Aquafina and drive me back to my car and leave me there with Sgt. Dotson who decided that was the legal way to handle a stranded motorist, and decided there was no police report that needed to be written to explain why I was Trespassed, but the Pooler PD makes a lot of false statements in writing including saying they called Adult Protective Services and leaving out the the threats that included "If you don't leave the State of GA I am going to arrest you and if you ever come back to Pooler I am going to make it harder on you by Ofr P. Dougherty at an IHOP where I had just bought a cup of coffee. But apparently that is not crime in Chatham County according to the Chatham County District Attorney. nor is starving someone for 10 days with no food or water and never once offering to jumpstart a car. 2 years later I still can not get law enforcement to hold any of these officers or actual criminals accountable and am having to fight a misdemeanor charge without anything I ever owned, my animals or any of my friends, while trying to study for the LSAT, put together a business and struggle for no reason other than trying to get my job as a Juvenile Probation Officer back, and being a victim of domestic violence by a police officer and him using his friends to make it harder when he never even bought me a single present.

South Carolina Law enforcement ..And why you shouldn't violate department Policy...
Sorry Nikki Haley, but with all due respect..South Carolina needs your help again. The first time Dr. Bryan Chapman and his nurse, Ann treated me with as little respect as possible and I was discharged with no way to get back to Savannah. After almost being hit by a car, I did what any normal person would have done called law enforcement. The local PD handed the call off to the Sheriff's Department .. which clearly was the biggest mistake. The female deputy's solution, refuse to take me anywhere safe in Savannah , run my driver's license and dump me in the street when I had requested she take me to law enforcement in Savannah. ..Well I am pretty sure I remember the events very clearly. I may not remember her name but I could tell you exactly what she looked like.

The LSAT Revised Part Two
As I studied for the LSAT in 2018, while taking on one of the most corrupt attorney's in the world Jennifer Burns aka Davenport I had no idea that as I rewrote it so that it made sense to me..which I wish Powerscore would incorporate into their books (They are amazing as they are but sometimes people need an adaption to make sense to them, and it is as simple as removing the repetition in the books and adding a space for the student to make a scenario that they can relate to) . Jon Denning did me the most amazing kindness, he was a Twitter Contact who I hate has disappeared from my life. He really was a great encouragement. We discussed repurposing of PowerScore books for underprivileged students. I had books purchased in 2017, he offered and sent me a Powerscore Logic Games book. Sadly, on the way to me it got damaged by weather, and to my surprise another one arrived wrapped in tape like it could survive a nuclear holocaust. It did until the Pooler PD took it and all the study materials, charts and graphs I had made, and the electronic ones are locked somewhere in my icloud the Chatham County Sheriff's department took in June 2019, when they took my MacBook Pro , IPad and Iphone.

When Social Services are more like Orange is the New Black than a safe place to heal..
Ga Mountain Crisis Network- This was Avita's solution to having put me in an apartment with a convicted felon on the ACT caseload. It was 30 days of hell, with convicts from FL stealing butter, telling me I deserved to be raped, and roommate who had a concealed weapons permit that had lost her children and committed aggravated stalking..Then there was the staff..their answer, to try to dump me in North Carolina in a homeless shelter, while yelling at me and calling me a liar. If not for a Nagg's Head officer who sweetly told me it wasn't right and they couldn't legally do that especially since I am not a ward of the state or have been even ordered to get a psych eval I have been victimized by police officers in the entire state.

The Felons dirty secrets..
Case number 200520091 Report # 64153 Tanner, Deborah Ruth Paroled in December of 2020 she committed a Simple Assault against me while I was returning from a construction site and tried to get the police officers to force me to give her money that was used for someone else to eat. A report was filed and they had no concern about her assaulting getting a DV victim trying to make enough money to have a place to sleep because the Savannah PD was abusing one of their own and threatening to put her in jail for Savannah Police Department's response- To send out three officers, Paige, Quinn and an unknown black female officer who wouldn't even look up Deborah Tanner in their Database. They took a report but that was about all. Didn't even bother to arrest her. A thank you goes to Richmond County Deputy Jason Saal and Burke County Sheriff Officer Eric McCants for trying to help the best they could through Facebook and LinkedIn.

The second Rule of Carebear - we always look after each other like we are family.
In the last two years, despite being a college educated white woman, everything I have ever believed has been twisted to the point I could not go back to my job as a Juvenile Probation Officer, which legally I still have and want nothing to do with. I knew the best of the world two years ago, police officers were good, they solved crime, didn't turn their backs on their own, they didn't want to hurt, lie and victimize people, Police Chiefs took looked into it when a majority of their force was targeting one person, they were also lovers and friends, who never didn't have time to help me when needed information or someone to tell me I mattered. Now, I can barely remember a good one. I know them when I see them but I always considered them family, I wanted to be a lawyer to protect their rights. I created a beautiful project for them, which I would do if things weren't so hard. I don't want good ole boy backroom justice. I want the truth to be told, people to listen to it and be outraged like I am. To say she is too important to lose, there is no one like her and she should never have struggle, hold everyone accountable or worry for a second about her animals. I want the good people to help me build Carebear, to knock down walls, for amends to be made.

Brunswick, Ga Police who commit crime not take take it off the streets.
Let me start this by saying I am the person these events happened to..there are no details about any other person then me. There are no phone numbers, or emails, as the person who was victimized by these people I have the right to tell my story. Especially when these officers have no concern about their actions nor do their superiors. Their names should be public because these events happened and their Chain of Command has no concerns about their actions.
