South Carolina Law enforcement ..And why you shouldn't violate department Policy...
Sadly it isn't just Georgia with messed up Cops..

Sorry Nikki Haley, but with all due respect..South Carolina needs your help again.

The first time Dr. Bryan Chapman and his nurse, Ann treated me with as little respect as possible and I was discharged with no way to get back to Savannah. After almost being hit by a car, I did what any normal person would have done called law enforcement. The local PD handed the call off to the Sheriff's Department .. which clearly was the biggest mistake. The female deputy's solution, refuse to take me anywhere safe in Savannah , run my driver's license and dump me in the street when I had requested she take me to law enforcement in Savannah. ..Well I am pretty sure I remember the events very clearly. I may not remember her name but I could tell you exactly what she looked like.
Only to have Savannah PD Ofr Rodgers and the Chatham County EMS decide that I needed to, after being told I could not go to Memorial because I was banned by a Chatham County EMT, being belittled in a hotel lobby having them call out Savannah Police Department and threatening to have me arrested for requesting transportation for abdominal pain as a result of a gallbladder surgery. As I wept in embarrassment and pain , (which I had not been, nor was their a restraining order like their female nurse had told me) I was taken to Coastal Carolina Hospital. After being threatened with arrest if I ever called an ambulance for severe pain from a gallbladder surgery. Sorry Bethany, but I would take your badge, and teach you how treat people with compassion. By the way, learn to use a GPS.

Ofr Hopkins shouldn't be anywhere near a SUV, I couldn't even get transported in one, and she really needs to learn to turn on the A/C, and turn the music down.. I wouldn't put her as the poster child for anything but a civil and criminal suit waiting to happen. Even dogs are allowed air conditioning when being transported and I was just going to a hospital.
Forced to listen to Pink and Carley Simon's "You're so Vain " as I sobbed because I had no idea why I was being transported to another hospital, I had just endured having Dr, Bryan Chapman look at my vagina rather than look at my incision from my gallbladder surgery, being left in the hallway of a hospital for hours, and then I had this not so wonderful officer handcuff me with blue handcuffs put me in the back of her squad car and start driving me two hours to Charleston, S.C. with no explanation to suffer through the indignity of being forced to see black women naked, have a case manager not follow the law and tell me if I wanted to leave I had to stay in the hospital an additional 3 days..That was my Thanksgiving 2019.
The anti-carebears.... Not against cops just bad ones, that need to be held accountable, and the public needs to be protected from. There is no explanation other than it happened, it wasn't right and No one deserves to be treated so inhumanely. Feel the same way about the EMS..except in my home court. Thank You Hall County Fire....
