Playing Your Own Hand Well
The older you get, the more clearly you understand one truth: Life isn't a fair game; everyone is dealt a different hand. You see that some people learn quickly, while others retain knowledge for a long time; some are naturally optimistic, and others possess incredible willpower; some instantly connect with everyone, and some gain trust with just a few words. You even find people who work equally hard, yet achieve vastly different results.

Choose Partner Who Makes You Alive
Truly capable people, when choosing a life partner, consider only one thing: can this person give you a sense of life? This "sense of life" isn't about romance, passion, or a willingness to spend money or be overly attentive. It's about whether being with this person makes you more vibrant, more yourself, more free, more relaxed, and even gives you that feeling of "it's good to be alive."

Is Your Fight a 'Vicious Cycle'?
A friend once told me, "I feel like my husband and I are caught in a vicious cycle." I asked her what was wrong. She said that day it was just a small argument, but when sadness and anger welled up, it was like opening a filing cabinet in her mind—all the past grievances and disappointments came flooding back. She only wanted to talk about what happened that day, but she started recalling many unseen moments, and the more she thought about it, the angrier she became, until she couldn't help but confront her husband. The argument escalated, and he felt she was bringing up old issues, while she herself was confused: "I didn't mean to bring them up; those feelings just came flooding back."

Choose Your Energy Wisely
Surround yourself with people who can recharge you. I’ve encountered too many people full of negativity. They habitually express their thoughts with negative emotions, and their common thread is a deep disapproval of everything in the world. They will even constantly tell you that you're not good enough.

What Does Your Partner's Presence Say About You?
Your partner is more than just someone you live with; they are a projection of your inner world. They may awaken your anxieties, fears, and hidden pains. If you choose someone who constantly belittles you, you might gradually start to believe you're not good enough. Conversely, if you choose someone who supports you, you'll see your own light more clearly.
