The older you get, the more clearly you understand one truth: Life isn't a fair game; everyone is dealt a different hand.

You see that some people learn quickly, while others retain knowledge for a long time; some are naturally optimistic, and others possess incredible willpower; some instantly connect with everyone, and some gain trust with just a few words. You even find people who work equally hard, yet achieve vastly different results.

Later, you realize that family background is just one card in the deck. What truly creates the gap are the countless tiny differences accumulated in life: distinct ways of thinking, different attitudes towards setbacks, varying sensitivity to the world, unique ways of handling emotions, and contrasting attitudes towards good and evil in others. Some people are naturally more fortunate than you; some people are indeed much harder-working than you.

But the most comforting thought is this:

"These differences aren't a serious matter." No matter how capable someone else is, that's their script, not yours.

All we can truly do is focus on the hand we're dealt and not excessively envy others. Being able to steadily walk our own path is a victory in itself.

So, how do we "play the hand we're dealt well?"

If you don't know, learn. Instead of being jealous of others, learn the skill they possess.

If you don't understand, ask and find the answer. Getting stuck isn't a reason to fold your hand; it's a time to seek a solution.

When you're tired, take care of yourself first. Get enough sleep, eat well, and reset your emotions to move forward.

If you feel lost, focus on doing the small things in front of you well. Tidy your room, complete tasks one by one. Good things are built up little by little like this.

It's okay to feel slow, but never stop. As long as you make just a little bit more progress than yesterday, you've won. Living your life well is the way to shine.
