The Art of Energetic Boundaries: A Solitary Path to Peace
I will abandon anyone who influences me negatively, and I will stay away from anyone who belittles me. Following these two sentences can reduce 90% of the troubles in life. We cannot choose who we meet, but we can decide who we walk with. When facing other people's comments, you just need to ask back lightly, "So what?"

Dust and Clouds: Navigating the Unknowable in Human Connection
The simplest truth in this world is that sometimes, you just don't like someone. If you don’t like something, you just don’t like it. There’s no inherent reason why. It's like a gust of wind blowing by; all you have to do is brush off the dust on your body, turn around, and walk away calmly. Then, quietly forget about the person who doesn't like you.

The Roots of Love
When I truly began to love myself, I realized that all the pain and emotional torment I endured was simply a reminder: Live authentically and don't betray your own heart. Today, I understand this is called "truth." All the pain and suffering of the past stemmed from betraying myself. It was life's way of urging me to be brave and be myself. By living in the present moment and being true to my heart, I can find true happiness.

Are We All Just Running Our Own Marathon?
Life is not life when you get what you want; life is life when things go wrong. You think what you missed is youth, but no, what you gained is youth. Don't just remember to look up at the moon in the sky every day; also remember to pick up six pennies on the ground occasionally.

Cultivating My Garden
I'm used to being alone, and I find it more fulfilling. If a movie interests me, I go see it by myself. Traveling alone can happen on a whim, without having to discuss the time and destination with others, let alone consider their preferences.
