The Roots of Love

When I truly began to love myself, I realized that all the pain and emotional torment I endured was simply a reminder: Live authentically and don't betray your own heart. Today, I understand this is called "truth." All the pain and suffering of the past stemmed from betraying myself. It was life's way of urging me to be brave and be myself. By living in the present moment and being true to my heart, I can find true happiness.

Loving yourself is the cornerstone of self-growth. When we possess self-confidence and self-love, we can tolerate the differences of others and our own imperfections. We are all growing and searching for the meaning of life.

Kindness and love are freely given, but they should never be undervalued. When our kindness loses its strength, we become vulnerable and easily exploited.

The most important thing for a person is how they treat themselves, not what others think of them. The value they create is the source and measure of their happiness, not the opinions and needs of others.

Healthy selfishness is a sign of appropriate maturity. Don't hesitate to focus on yourself, invest in yourself, please yourself, cultivate yourself, and create your own unique landscape.

Learn to be self-centered, care for your own emotions, walk the path you want to walk, live the life you want to live, and be the most comfortable version of yourself. Have your own opinions, don't try to be a saint, and don't compromise your values.

You must move forward and disregard those who have given up on themselves. Do what you should do and say what you can say. Those who can endure the absence of light will eventually shine!
