Dear Sam
September 10, 2014 Dear Sam: You don’t know me yet, but you will. And when you do, it will be my greatest honor to make sure that you are the happiest person alive. I’ve been chosen to be your personal bodyguard. I swear that I will take that job very seriously. I may not look like much, only 3’7 and 60 pounds soaking wet, but I promise that I can pack a mean punch.

Chicken Soup with Rice
When I was a little kid, my mother would always get these books for the children to read. This is why I love to read and write now. We had Dr. Seuss books, Little Golden Books, and Sweet Pickel books. My brothers and I would love to get the Sweet Pickel books. The back inside cover would display a map of the fictional town of Sweet Pickels. One of the houses on the map was red and blue. It slightly resembled our house which was red and blue. I don’t remember any of the stories, but that house was enough for us to love the books.

The Passenger in Seat D8
Read The Passenger in Seat B9 America, the beautiful. The land of the free. The home of the brave. I’ve heard these words since early childhood. But my troubles started shortly after I got here. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not the whole nation. It’s not even the whole city. It’s just that one person. That man that keeps watching me. Everywhere I go, he shows up. He looks into my very soul. He’s looking for something. It’s like he wants something evil to be inside me and he gets upset that it’s not there. Let me tell you about the first time I noticed him.

Time Crossed
To my dear beloved: The other night was a night that I will never forget. The time that we shared can never be compared to anything I have ever experienced. When you spoke to me on that park bench, I must admit that I was prepared to shut you down right away. But there was something about your face that told me to trust you. All you were looking for was a way to enjoy the night.

Family Dinner
You will never believe what happened. No! I’m telling you, you will think that everything I say is a lie, that I made it all up out of my own twisted imagination. You will think that I’m crazy for even telling you such a story. I’m letting you know now that I don’t expect you to believe what I am saying to you. But is true. Raise my left hand, I mean my right. You know what I’m trying to say.

An Octopus’s Garden
It is a little-known fact that the location of the garden is the most heavily guarded secret of all time. As a matter of fact, not many humans even know that it exists. Most merpeople don’t know where it is. However, at some point in the life of every merperson, they are somewhat drawn to it.

Eyes in the Sky Radio News
Good morning. This is Walter Skilling with WIDK Eyes in the Sky Radio News, and I am live on the scene of a three-car pile-up on the Backwaters expressway. I wish you could see this. WIDK TV will cover the story when they arrive, but I am here now giving you a play by pay as the action happens. Just think, I was sent here to cover the icy conditions of the road, and this unfolded right in front of my face.

A Dolphin Encounter
Somewhere near the coast of the beautiful island of Cozumel I had and experience that I’d never forget as long as I live. Before I can tell you, what happened, I must tell you the events that preceded it. In the year 2004, my brother convinced the family to go on a cruise. We had so much fun that we went again in 2007. That was the end of our cruise-going journeys for the time.
