General Hospital Spoilers: Daytime Emmy Nominee Alley Mills returns as Heather Webber
Alley Mills receives a double honor Double congratulations are in order for actress Alley Mills who was just nominated for her first Daytime Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Guest Performer on the ABC soap General Hospital. Mills stepped into the role of Heather Webber last year when Robin Mattson was recovering from knee replacement surgery and revealed that she would soon have the procedure done on her other knee. Mattson fans were doubtful that anyone else could take on the character but Mills soon made Heather her own and even added layers of crazy to the sinister Webber.

Granddaddy's Secret
This poem is dedicated to the memory of Alex Haley's grandmother Queen, from the book that bears her name. It is also dedicated to Vyry from Margaret Walker's book Jubilee. Both women were the result of the plantation owners forcing themselves on their mothers. My husband asked me to write a poem for Black History Month and this is one of several. I tried to imagine what these women went through.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Ashley moves Tucker into the Abbott mansion while Daniel learns that Phyllis is alive
Daniel and Jack both receive shocking news Friday on The Young and the Restless Daniel Romalatti (Michael Grazeadei) and Jack Abbott ( Peter Bergman) both deal with unbelievable news. Jack has been beside himself trying to figure out how to get Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) out of jail and has been brainstorming with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc). He is now pouring his heart out to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) who tries to be the voice of reason and questions why there is a rush to marry Diane.

I found out that cats can be as petty as humans
Shadow the cat is intimidating Shadow is the name my granddaughter gave to a black neighborhood cat who she says acts like a demon. He has a very distinctive growl and stands back watching the cats that come close enough for us to feed. If we don't stand outside with them and Shadow is around he will intimidate the other cats and they will run off and he will eat their food. A few days ago I was sitting on the front porch where the 3 cats who come around had eaten a snack. I was playing a game on my cell phone and when I looked up Shadow was at the .other end of the porch eating what the stray cats had left.

Chene' Lawson returns to The Young and the Restless as Harmony
Chene' Lawson returns to Y&R The Young and the Restless has been bringing back former cast to help celebrate the 50-year anniversary of the CBS soap and the latest is Chene' Lawson who portrayed the birth mom of Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). She was not a major player in Genoa City and was only on the soap for a brief period of time. Her return does coincide with the timing of a few characters whose lives she might impact in one way or another.

Jack and Ashley cannot agree to meet in the middle Tuesday on The Young and the Restless both Jack Abbott (PeterBergman) and his sister Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) find themselves in unique situations. The siblings have been bickering over Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and once again Jack told his sister to move out of their family home. Now it looks as if Ashley will make a move that is going to infuriate her brother.

General Hospital fans will be stunned at who walks Willow down the aisle
Willow chooses who will give her away General Hospital spoilers had been predicting for a few weeks that when Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) joins the search for Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) he would not be able to walk Willow Tait (Katelynn MacMullen) down the aisle when she married Michael Corinthos (Chad Duel). Once Willow convinced Michael to invite Sonny to the wedding the rumor mill began spreading the word that Sonny would replace Drew and give Ms. Tait away. Celeb Dirty Laundry is reporting that it will be someone different who is asked on Tuesday to stand in for Drew.

Is this it for Bo and Hope on Days of Our Lives?
Will it be bye bye Bo again? By now Days of Our Lives viewers have seen the shocking Monday, April 24 episode where Shawn Douglas Brady ( Brandon Beamer) shot his dad Bo Brady (Peter Reckell). Bo had been holding a gun on Hope and just when she broke through and he called her "Fancy Face" Shawn and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) arrived and did not hear the exchange. Spoilers only say that Shawn will be dealing with the aftermath of his decision and don't indicate anything about Bo's condition.

Don Lemon is stunned that he was fired The world of News Media is reeling after two recent shakeups with CNN and Fox. Both Tucker Carlson and Don Lemon have been fired. There have been rumblings for quite some time that both new anchors have been saying things that have stunned the public and that it was only a matter of time before they were let go from their respective jobs. Lemon announced that he was fired. Some viewers of CNN had suspected that Lemon would be gone after his good friend Christ Cu0mo lost his job.

Why is Tom Bower so hateful towards Meghan Markle?
Is Tom Boyer obsessed with Meghan Markle? When it comes to Meghan Markle it's duck season and she is the duck. All she did was marry a man she loves and the world flipped on its axis. Those who are against her show no shame in the things they say and many others find it disgusting. Loyal British subjects should follow the lead of the reigning monarch rather than cause discontent because at the end of the day, Prince Harry is the son of King Charles III and Megan is his wife. One man who continues to trash and bash the Duchess of Sussex is author Tom Bower who is raising eyebrows because he continues to say nasty things about the mother of the two youngest grandchildren of Charles III.

Billy and Daniel take the plunge with the women they love Those who watch The Young and the Restless have been wondering if and when the relationship between Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) would develop into romance. Billy has been mindful of Chelsea's mental health and has not been pushing her but next week they will finally become lovers. The same is true of Daniel Romalatti (Michael Graziadei) and Lily Winters (Christe Khalil). Lily has been a shoulder for her ex-husband to lean on and was not actively seeking romance but like Billy and Chelsea, things have evolved between the former spouses and both couples take things to the next level.
