Saturday Morning: Watchers, Prophets, and Pasta for Breakfast.
It’s a Saturday morning, 26 minutes past 10. I’ve already done a few things upside down. Like having pasta and vegetables and peanut butter for breakfast. No cheese in the fridge, but the olive oil and chili tomato sauce carried their weight. I’m full now. Full of food, full of thoughts, full of this ache to burn 400 calories so I can come down to a round 600 for the day. If I don’t, I’ll still be okay. But I will. I’ll walk it off.

15 Rare Books I Dream of Owning.
Rare books are more than just collector’s items or historical relics. They are physical evidence of humanity’s deepest thoughts, most creative expressions, and the craftsmanship of another time. They remind us that language, ideas, and memory can live far beyond our own lifetime. Although I do not own any of the books on my list, they represent a vision for the kind of legacy I want to build. These are books I wish I could hold, not only for their content, but for what they stand for.

Glory.
Seven silent years He carved strength in solitude Stillness crowned with fire Poet's note: This clean slate is a precious gift I look forward to giving to someone special soon. For anyone in a season of waiting, consider this time as preparation and an essential part of building your own fresh start. Very few things in life are as powerful and beautiful as a clean slate. Embrace the opportunity it brings because it holds the promise of renewal and hope for what lies ahead.

When fashion becomes more than fabric, when it becomes a voice, a message, and a ministry, you know you’ve met someone doing more than designing clothes. I sat down with Joy Mon Ogunmiloro, the visionary CEO of MZUAMI ANKARA OUTFITS, a brand that’s rewriting the narrative of African fashion with purpose, pride, and prayer. Here's our conversation, exactly as it unfolded.

The Second Sip.
It was the kind of morning that felt like the inside of a pause. Not sad. Not hopeful. Just still. Minseo sat on the edge of her bed with the weight of memory pressing at her shins. The slippers she loved so much, had vanished. She looked down as if the floor could whisper their hiding spot.
