Babylon
Four thousand years ago, there existed a thriving, progressive, and extraordinarily wealthy city, which grew to become one of the most prominent cities in the world. The city had paved streets, numerous gates, and over 250 towers, each at least 100 meters high. It was in this city that modern writing and mathematics were invented. With ferries, roads, and drawbridges, transportation within the city was efficient. The city's famous Hanging Gardens were a remarkable feat of engineering and were one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The wealth of the city was unimaginable, with people creating impressive works of art out of gold. The city of Babylon, located in what is now modern-day Iraq, was home to a golden statue of Baal, a beautiful table supposedly made of 22,000 kilos of pure gold, a golden lion, and a golden statue of a man. The city's majestic royal palace was the largest ever built in world history. Babylon was well known for the Tower of Babel, the tallest tower in the world at that time. However, the city and the Babylonian empire met a dramatic fall after its incredible rise. We will explore how the Babylonian empire rose and fell.

The most intriguing and impressive six unsolved enigmas originating from China
China has a rich history of intriguing and mysterious stories, often shrouded in secrecy. A video from August 2020 captures a peculiar incident in Shenyang City, where a large residential building under construction suddenly becomes engulfed in a massive fireball after a flying object, resembling a huge creature, flies behind it. Despite the speculation of fire-breathing dragons, such encounters with flying dinosaurs, like the pterosaur, are not uncommon in some parts of the world. Many eyewitnesses claim to have seen these creatures in modern times, such as in Papua New Guinea, where the ropen, also known as the demon flyer, is said to terrify the natives. The video raises two intriguing riddles that may or may not be connected. The willingness of many people to believe in such phenomena says a lot about human beings, both good and bad.

The Unexplained
One of the earliest recorded instances of the Friday the thirteenth superstition dates back to the Middle Ages. This was a time when Christianity was the dominant religion in Europe, and people believed in the power of God to bring about good or bad fortune. According to Christian tradition, the Last Supper, where Jesus was betrayed by one of his disciples, took place on a Thursday. This day is now known as Maundy Thursday. The following day, which is now known as Good Friday, is the day on which Jesus was crucified. These events gave Friday a negative connotation in Christian culture, and it became associated with bad luck and misfortune.

Uncovering the Enigmas of Egypt's Pyramids
Around 2650 BC, workers who were under the rule of Pharaoh Joser were nearing the completion of one of the most significant construction projects in the ancient world: a pyramid located in Sakara, Egypt. While it's unclear which Egyptian pyramid was the first to be built, Joser's is considered to be one of the earliest, standing at a height of 205 feet with a base measuring 358 feet by 397 feet - roughly the size of two football fields side by side. It's a remarkable display of engineering and technology.

Did enormous and frightening creatures once inhabit the Earth, as speculated in the Ancient Aliens theory?
This site, located in ancient Mesopotamia and considered the birthplace of human civilization, contains the ruins of the once-great city of Nineveh. Among the artifacts discovered here are Sumerian Tablets dating as far back as 1800 BC, which tell the tale of King Gilgamesh. This epic poem features Gilgamesh and his companion Enkidu, a wild, hairy man who lives apart from human society. What makes the Epic of Gilgamesh so intriguing is that it portrays Enkidu as a giant and suggests that he may have had extraterrestrial origins, according to ancient Sumerian texts. Enkidu is described as a hairy, monster-like creature with immense strength, akin to Bigfoot or Sasquatch. The Sumerian texts claim that Enkidu was created by the gods as a new being, genetically marked to serve as their slave. This raises the question: is it possible, as some ancient astronaut theorists propose, that the Epic of Gilgamesh describes a hominid created by extraterrestrial beings? The Sumerian texts also mention ancient sky gods known as the Anunnaki who visited Earth.

The Chelyabinsk Meteor
Let's begin with the fact that the recently observed meteoroid was the largest object to penetrate Earth's atmosphere since the Tunguska event of 1908. During the Tunguska event, a small comet or meteor exploded over Siberia, destroying 80 million trees across an area of 2150 square kilometers. For clarification, the original object is referred to as a meteoroid, while the explosion in the atmosphere is known as a meteor, and the material that reaches the ground is a meteorite. Scientists have estimated that the mass of the original 19-meter-wide object was between 12,000 and 13,000 metric tons, twice as large as the earliest estimates.

How about if we created a tunnel passing through Mars?
If you were to drill straight down into Mars, what would you discover? The Jezero Crater on Mars, which used to be an ancient river delta, carried clay minerals into the crater lake and might have even hosted Martian life. NASA's new rover, Perseverance, landed in this area and is searching for past lifeforms on Mars. Although there is not much on Mars that can be damaged by marsquakes, these seismic waves create a way for scientists to study the Martian interior. However, if you wanted to find out what secrets lie beneath the surface of Mars, you would need to drill through it.
