Dear Diddy
Dear Diddy, Happy birthday! I wish more than anything that I could be telling you this in person. It would be so amazing to physically see you again… to hug you again… I would even gladly settle for just hearing your voice on the other end of the line.

Conversations With the Mirror
There are moments when the world tilts—when you find yourself cracked open in a silence so loud it roars. The polished affirmations, the soft-spoken mantras, all start to feel like bandaids on bullet wounds. Not beautiful. Not helpful. Just a cover that doesn’t hold—words that slip right off when you need something that sticks.

Long Live the Soul
One of the forms of writing that I find the most captivating is quotes. No matter how busy you are, you always have time to read a quote. They say so much and in such a concise way. When done correctly, even though you encountered them in a mere moment, they stick with you. They leave you with something to ponder over; life knowledge waiting to be discovered.

McFlurries and Life Lessons
I was a freshly-turned eleven-year-old, brimming with the excitement of summer break. As part of the “gifted program” i was a member of in school, the beginning of my summer break included a week long learning experience that was unlike a typical school week. It was basically like a week long excursion of field trips, newfound friends, and interactive learning opportunities. I looked forward to this yearly experience, as it was always sure to provide many wonderful memories.
