For 2025 — Go Into Everything With A Plan!
A happier, more productive 2025 to all. As a live-in caregiver, I know my job can and will be difficult sometimes. I am prepared for all of the challenges that come my way. I signed up with an Agency and passed all of their tests. The salary per hour wasn’t bad. They offered me a case at a little more than what they usually pay their caregivers. I grabbed the opportunity innocently without checking with my gut or instincts. Forgetting that what’s too good to be true usually is. I had lots of plans and wanted a job. They gave me a case with an 89-year-old female who was manipulative, racist, cruel, thoughtless, mean-spirited, and not liked by her family.
