To the ones who feel like they are falling behind
There is something about life that is really vivid. Life is all about capturing the stories in the essence of living through them. It is experiencing life in a way that speaks of it all. It is knowing your worth and keeping your head high. Life is nothing but a beauty of contradiction. The beauty of the promise of forever in a second, the feeling of a lifetime in a moment, the elated lapse of time is gifted to us in a box of experiences that we share with one another.

Holo-Rama Ding Dong: When Art Went Holo-Crazy and the Monalisa Started Twerking. AI-Generated.
my dear acolytes of art and aficionados of absurdity, gather ye 'round for a tale that shall titillate thy senses and tantalize thy cerebrum! Imagine, if you will, an art show so magnificently mad, so deliriously deranged, that it makes Salvador Dalí's moustache look as mundane as a librarian's cardigan. Yes, today, we plunge headfirst into the kaleidoscopic whirlpool of holographic art—a realm where technology and art coalesce like a lasagna crafted by Einstein and Michelangelo after an all-night bender on energy drinks and existential dread.

How to make stress your friend
I must admit something. I would like you to tell me a small confession first, though. If you haven't had a lot of stress in the last year, please simply raise your hand. Someone? What about a healthy dose of stress? Who has gone through a stressful period? Yes. Also me. That isn't my confession, though. I'll be honest with you: I work as a health psychologist, and my goal is to make people happy and healthy. However, I worry that what I've been teaching for the past ten years—which has to do with stress—is actually doing more harm than good. I've been telling folks for years that stress leads to illness. Everything from the common cold to cardiovascular illness is more likely as a result of it. I've essentially made stress my adversary. However, I want to change your perspective on stress today because I have changed mine. Let me begin with the study that caused me to reconsider how I handle stress in general. "How much stress have you experienced in the last year?" was the first question posed to participants in an eight-year study, which followed 30,000 adults in the United States. "Do you believe that stress is harmful for your health?" was another question they posed. After that, they looked up the deceased using public death records. (laughing) Alright. First, some awful news. Individuals with high levels of stress in the past year were 43 percent more likely to die.

The Role of Curiosity in Creative Design
Curiosity plays an indispensable role in the realm of creative design, acting as a catalyst for innovation, problem-solving, and the development of unique, engaging solutions. At its core, curiosity drives designers to explore new ideas, question existing paradigms, and continuously seek knowledge and inspiration from a variety of sources. This intrinsic desire to learn and discover fuels the creative process, enabling designers to push boundaries and venture into uncharted territories, ultimately resulting in more compelling and original designs.
