To the ones who feel like they are falling behind

There is something about life that is really vivid. Life is all about capturing the stories in the essence of living through them. It is experiencing life in a way that speaks of it all. It is knowing your worth and keeping your head high. Life is nothing but a beauty of contradiction. The beauty of the promise of forever in a second, the feeling of a lifetime in a moment, the elated lapse of time is gifted to us in a box of experiences that we share with one another.

But sometimes we live our lives not how we want to, but how we are expected to. If you don't have many friends, you are told to be a social butterfly. The parties' extroverted lives are said to slow down. Society tries to put us in a box of timelines. We are expected to live a certain way in order to fit in.

But what if we don't want to fit in anymore? I am not stating any explicable statement that needs to be agreed upon by all. But I believe that we should let humans be humans and not some perfect idol of beauty and exquisite persona that everyone should love. We are all unique, fragmented pieces of reality meant to forge a unique meaning for our existence. If someone is okay with the way he or she is and there is no harm to their health, let them be.

Timelines don't work the same for everyone. We all live in a world, not in a boxing ring where we have to knock off each other to win. There is plenty of room for everyone to grow into the person they are meant to be. To the person whose timelines are collapsing Don't let anyone decide for you what you want to become.
