Introduction

I have been forced to cancel my V+ because Vocal have refused to address my issue of being unable to post since the 23rd of November.
They have also stopped me from commenting using this account.

I feel I am being deliberately targeted, and while my accounts have not been cancelled yet, that might happen.
I have promoted and been positive towards Vocal over the years, but now they are showing themselves to be nothing but incompetent bullies.
I would like them to prove me wrong, but I am not holding my breath.

Just to say we have a compromise, Vocal have got in touch and compensated me for the issues, so I am good to go
when I had the same problem it took over three weeks for them to fix it. It was very frustrating. Iβm sorry to hear you are dealing with it now. It does seem there is some sort of disconnect in dealing with this issue in particular.
Iβm disappointed on your behalf. Youβve been a prolific and loyal member of the Vocal community. Time this was sorted.

This sucks as I know personally I've had good experiences from their customer service team. It does sound fishy. Hopefully they will pay attention and sort this for you as you've been a long supporter of the platform
