How true is the idea?
Atheists and non-Muslims have many complaints about Islam, some of which are presented through scientific or philosophical arguments, while others arise from preconceptions, confusion, or misrepresentations of Islam. One of the most common of these complaints is: “Islam promotes violence and is hostile to non-Muslims.” This complaint has been raised many times in various media outlets, in the writings of Islamophobic intellectuals, or in the political landscape of religious division. In this article, I will analyze this complaint in depth and see how much of this idea is true, how much is exaggerated, and how much is the result of misinterpretation.

A Big Thank You To The Vocal Tech Team
Introduction A couple of weeks back, I was unable to post on my main account, which is here: So I reactivated this free account to keep writing while I got a response from Vocal. I wasn't so sure, so I asked people to read my story to get onto the Leaderboard to get noticed, because I felt I wasn't being heard.

Visibility as Hidden Cost
Think you’re more productive in the office? Research suggests otherwise. You’re likely gaining visibility just by showing up and appearing busy. However, this unspoken performance expectation often pushes your actual work to after-hours, leaving you catching up at home.

The "Invisible Labor" Women Do That No One Ever Talks About
Issues like the pay gap, representation in leadership roles, and overt sexism are rightfully given a lot of attention in the ongoing conversation about gender equality. But beneath the surface of these obvious disparities is a more subtle and frequently unrecognized burden: the "invisible labor" that is primarily performed by women. While the division of household chores is undoubtedly a factor, that is not the focus of this discussion. Rather, it includes the invisible emotional, mental, and organizational responsibilities that disproportionately affect women, subtly influencing their lives and impeding their advancement.
