Trying To Get My Main Account Working With Vocal
Introduction
I apologise for these short pieces that may sound like whining, but I know Vocal want me up and running, and I think publishing these pieces may help others who hit similar problems.
Also, this is about how sometimes, if we step back and think a bit more about the situation, we may actually find a solution together.
I may have acted too swiftly with my hedge cutter problem, being a typical man and not reading the instruction manual. Having said that the instructions are "don't attach the battery until you use it", so maybe attaching the battery starts discharging it, whether you are cutting or not. I will let you know in a comment when I try it out later. I may have two batteries for my hedge trimmer.
So, Where Are We At?
Vocal again asked me for the URLs of the stories I was having issues with. I replied that I couldn't supply that because the stories don't save.
Then I thought for a minute, and thought when I follow the link I get a "not found" error, but although there is no story, the links are stored, but they don't work, but they are there.
I sent this additional reply to them:
So now Vocal has links to work with, and hopefully, they can sort out the problem.
Conclusion
Thank you all so much for your amazing support, and hopefully, I will be back using my main account soon.

Turns out the batter is working, you just need to take it off the trimmer when you are finshed, so I have two batteries now
