Salt in The Wound
I was recently fortunate enough to discover Vocal legends Celia and River while looking for new poetry publications on Medium. It was an article calling for submissions to include in an anthology on Justice and equality. I immediately dug up the requisite three poems and sent them off. I am pleased to announce you can purchase the “Salt in the Wound” Anthology on June 19th. You can follow River and Celia’s blog and/or Vocal page for updates on Pricing and purchase location.

¿What happened to my friend the bronco?
One day, here, on the edge of the abyss—steep, carved into unfathomable ground—I pause to wonder what became of me. What happened to that fragment of a being so sensitive, who, amazed by the subtlest act the universe could offer, stood content and grateful before it?

This Is Where I Began
Introduction This is just to share the challenge, the drabble comes after the next heading: This Is Where I Began Yeah, that's me before I could walk, being supported by my dad, and he is still here and still supports me. Apparently, I was at my Grandma's with my Mum and Dad, and my Uncle put on "Hound Dog" by Elvis Presley, and that may be the start of why I love my music so much.

Why Being On Vocal Is Brilliant
Introduction This will contain a lot of things that I have said before about being on Vocal. I have been here four years, and while at times I have got very despondent about things and felt like walking out, I then sit down and take stock and see that the benefits are actually enormous for my mental health and wellbeing.
